I was in your Huddersfield store on the 10th of July, i was so happy with the service,I don't know the name of the man who served me but he was so friendly and helpful ,I just want to say thank you and please pass on my thanks...it was around 11.30 on Thursday the 10th...thank you.
Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

I think Eurocell is very good because the whole process was easy and efficient from start to finish. I paid online and was clearly shown where local stock was available, which made things very convenient. The pricing was fair, and the click and collect service was fast and straightforward. When I went to collect my order, the staff were friendly, prompt, and attentive – really helpful and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and I’d be happy to use them again.

Robin Iles is an absolute credit to Eurocell, he is authentic and genuine and his product knowledge is incredible, he knew exactly what we wanted and needed and we are absolutely delighted with our new garden room. Even after we had ordered and through the installation, Robin was responsive to any questions we had. The installation team Dan and Brandon were also excellent. Highly recommend, we are delighted. Popped into Eurocell, Abingdon with an idea of what I needed to conceal central heating pipes on the outside of the skirting boards in my large conservatory. I had no idea if I would find what I needed, but after spending a good while talking to Luke and running through several ideas, he came up with a product idea which turned out to be the perfect solution. I am so pleased with the outcome, and am super grateful to Luke for finding the ideal answer.
