I was in your Huddersfield store on the 10th of July, i was so happy with the service,I don't know the name of the man who served me but he was so friendly and helpful ,I just want to say thank you and please pass on my thanks...it was around 11.30 on Thursday the 10th...thank you.
Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

Shotgate Wickford branch as always spot on for service, Ten minutes after I placed my online order I got a call to say my order will be delivered that afternoon if that was ok, of course it was. This branch never fail to impress, absolutely top service.

We ordered from the chester branch and Jacob was great. Everything was delivered when they said it was and the quality was great. When we had an issue with the shading of 1 board, they never questioned it and gave us a refund straight away. They also picked up any unused items free of charge! Jacob sorted everything out and his customer service is excellent. Thanks to Adam too who we dealt with via the phone. Amazing guys and would not hesitate to use you again.

Great choice of goods and really easy to order from the website. Did a click & collect on some window trim that cost less than a fiver, but the guy at the counter was super efficient, polite and helpful. He even rolled the trim up and advised on handling so it didn't uncoil and slap me round the ear. Thoroughly recommended.

Placed the order on 28th May on-line with Eurocell. This was my second order. Delivery arrived but without the screws. I then spent weeks chasing this up as I needed to complete the Project. Eurocell initially got in touch and I was promised them last week - 12th June. No communication to let me know if there was any further delays.. And no replies to my many emails. In the end asked for a refund, which I had to chase up again today. They just don't appear to care!! Great product but based on my last experience won't be using Eurocell again.
