Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
Iβve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels.

Installed a Garden Room Shocking after Installation service
Installed a Garden Room. Excellent sales personnel, Daren, who took personal care in getting deliveries arranged according to my unique circumstances.
Reason for one star is due to the persistent bad service from the installation team and the guy in charge of installation and after fit services, Rob Brokenshire.
1. Delivery team sent the wrong roof truss timber. Fitting team informs me of the issue and advises that the building stability will be compromised with the supplied part. They arrange the right part to be sent. Rob calls me to explain that faulty part is ok to be installed and fitting team are wrong. On my continued insistence Rob reluctantly replaces and supplies correct part.
2. Fault identified within 6 weeks with door. Door would not lock at all. Eurocell graciously arrange the fitting team to visit. Fitting teams immediate opinion after βfixingβ the lock issue was the dimension of the door is shorter than required. I was told by firing team that they will report the same to Rob.
3. Rob informs me that the door is perfectly fine and fitting team will visit again to remedy. Fitting team informs me door was twisted (I.e. damaged) during installation. They do a patchwork and leave substantial gaps on either side of the door. Pictures taken by me of the issue and emailed to Rob and I inform him not to force his personal judgements on the installation team. He has coerced the installation team to change statements and are forcing the installation team to pay for the door, when it is Robβs fault to supply the right door. Fitting team have to own responsibility of damaging the door during installation.
4. Rob has self decide that door is right. Reality door still catches and does not operate smoothly.
Eurocell a single solitary person Rob Brokenshire is enough to tarnish the reputation. Would not recommend Eurocell to anyone because of the shocking after sales service and complete lack of care for incorrect parts supplied.
Dan and Simon are amazing to deal with, always go above and beyond for anything we need at jpkpropertysolutions. Can't thank them enough and would never go anywhere else

Mid-bathroom refit we ran out of internal corner trim. We desperately went round White Lund looking for some but everywhere said it would take a week to order. Then one place pointed us to Eurocell. Craig at Eurocell was amazing! He found the last 2 runs of trim - exactly what we needed and way cheaper than we expected too. He was friendly and really great with customer service! Would 100% recommend Eurocell Morecambe to anyone - fab place and fab guys! Saved our refit!
