Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

Ordered from Eurocell a few times for delivery and also been to the counter for the odd collection here and there. They are brilliant, delivery is always fast, crazy fast... today I placed an order at 8:35am and it was here delivered 45 minutes later!

Couldn't leave a review on their website for tri-roof HPX. Purchased 5 tubs of 14kg HPX at 152 pounds a tub to cover 8 sq meters of a garage roof. Had the support kit too comprising of fiberglass membrane etc. Covered the roof as instructed. The roof is leaking in 5 places. Complained to the company (tri-roof) they asked for detailed pictures inside and out. Said the job was OK and gave me 2 tubes to cover imperfections. I carried out the repairs. Still leaking to the point that the plasterboard inside has cracked and is about to give way. Re contacted the company with pictures. No reply received. I couldn't leave a review on eurocell website so here it is. 0 stars for HPX tri roof. Do your self a favour and buy rubber membrane. It will be cheaper in the long run.

After a year of research on garden rooms, we decided to arrange a free site visit with Eurocell. Booking a visit online was straightforward and we were contacted quickly by the team. They arranged for Sales Executive Robin Iles to visit, take measurements and advise on construction and cost. Robin's communication prior to his visit was impeccable. The site visit itself was a joy. Robin provided his expert opinion but was receptive to our needs and questions. There was no pressure to make a decision but we felt comfortable saying yes on the day. Our garden room was constructed today and Robin made contact to check we were happy with everything. From delivery to build, our experience with Eurocell has been exceptional. Robin is a credit to the company and deserves every one of the five stars in this review.
