Euro Car Parts

Purchased parts in Euro parts Basildon on many occasions. Nearly always served by Molly and I must say what a credit she is to the company. I have nearly bought the wrong parts a couple of times and Molly has steered me in the right direction, she is a petrol head with an eye for detail and great customer service.

Didn’t work, checked with multimeter output is only 10.5 volts, says 12V. Got for 2.5Ltr van, say 3Ltr on packaging.

I think the measure of a great company is how they treat you. They came recommended, so I placed my first order, just a small one, there was some confusion and when I phoned they did really make sure I'd be back again. No wait time, I felt like I had the kind of service I would have got if I'd been placing big orders with them for years. Thank you Ingrid x

Great service, Served by Ian who was great on advice, giving pros and cons, in the end I ended up buying more. when I went to collect it was all waiting for me and the guy at the desk was brilliant. I will use them every time I need stuff.

I ordered a Karcher Jet wash online at around midday, I needed it for a job that evening, but the Milton Keynes branch didn't have what I needed so I decided to collect it from Leyton Buzzard the same day. Received an e-mail confirmation that the item would be ready for collection anytime after 16:30. When I arrived to collect the item, I was told my order was not there and it would be ready for collection the next day. So, 30 miles of round trip fuel wasted and 1.5 hours of my time wasted. I cancelled the order on the spot. #513-00000255822

Miss leading website and dreadful service. Went on line first car battery, put in car registration, choose one that was recommended as compatible to my car. Paid for collection at Portsmouth store next day. They then said at pick up it was not compatible and I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund. Halfords were so much better, a tad more expensive but spot on with exact battery and a 5 year warranty.

Parts missing from wiper order

The newbury branch didn’t have the part in so was sent to the Basingstoke branch was a que of around 40 people with someone shouting and swearing at the poor woman on reception her colleagues wer watching on ignoring everything left because I had children with me what a dump!

Parts ordered early in the morning and delivered shortly after. The man who delivered was friendly and polite. Would recommend.
