Parts came fast, was completely incorrect after putting in my number plates Then Clare ( who needs a raise ) was extremely efficient and professional in having the parcel collected and refunded and was always quick to reply! Overall, I will be shopping from there again.

Fab, friendly service

Ordered some stuff online and it qualified for the free standard delivery over £25. Come bank holiday Monday we noticed on our camera system a delivery person came to the door rang the bell which doesn’t work. Didn’t knock didn’t do anything else to attempt to make a delivery. Windows were open and on the footage you can hear our TV clear as crystal from the outside so clearly someone was inside and they decided to not do anything else and just walk off and that was that. Tuesday no other delivery was attempted Wednesday came along and come midday no delivery attempt again so I called up their customer services and got hung up four times when I was speaking to someone! When I finally got through for the fifth time they tried to make another delivery for Thursday and I said no sorry I’ve had enough. I will just come to my local depot and pick it up from there which I did in the end which took me 10 minutes To get my stuff and leave. Absolutely horrendous honestly I’ve never had so much issue for a delivery. I’ve been using EuroCarParts for years and I’ve always collected from their shop. This was the first time I used their delivery service and will be the last time.

The part was ordered and i paid extra for fast home delivery, had so much trouble trying to locate the order i had to ring new order so someone would answer the phone, part arrived 2 days later, managed to get express delivery back but wife was without car 2 days and 4 taxi faros After getting a call from Keeleigh, The aftersales was first class, I use Europart fairly regular and never have a problem, The Girl was so helpful and courteous, and followed up on my concerns I have altered my rating to 5 star

Quick Delivery and great (Bosh) product at a reasonable price.

I always purchase parts from euro because of the quality and price and the sales team always inform you of a good product and what is the best seller.

Choose express delivery so would get item delivered next day. 8 days later and still nothing and I’m having to chase for a refund. Clearly states express delivery on my order confirmation but they are saying I don’t have it. Steer clear
