Customer service terrible went in this morning about 5 people in queue no acknowledgment from staff no good morning sorry for the wait, was charged different price to that quoted, very disappointing I have lost the receipt but was in at 10ish today
Used this business a few times now. Accurate information, quick delivery.
I ordered the goods for delivery, and received them within two hours, I have since used the snow blaster and chemicals very pleased with the results.
Brought some brake discs last year and on this years not the not only failed, but failed so bad the garage would not let me drive the car away. Had new parts fitted(not from ECP) and decided to put a warranty claim in for the parts and 1 hour’s labour. That was 7 weeks ago and apart from me visiting the Kings Norton branch to ask what was happening with my claim I have heard nothing from them. What an absolute disgrace—talk about poor customer service. It’s as if they are waiting for me to give up. Be careful when buying parts from this company because if they go wrong this is how they treat you. I’ll update you on what’s happened. I’ve been speaking with Claire M from customer service and Dan Massey General Manger for the Kings Norton Branch about this issue and can now confirm that the warranty claim has been paid in full. They both admitted that the company’s warranty procedure had failed and that it should not have taken as long as it did to get the claim paid. Hopefully lessons can be taken from this that will stop this happening to other customers. I would like to thank Claire and Dan for their help on this matter and would like to express my gratitude for them both going above and beyond to assist me. The lesson is to always persist and use every means available to to assist you if you feel you have been unfairly treated.

Only part of my order was delivered. Furthermore I was notified or given reason for the missing order. On a positive note, I wasn’t charged for the missing item.
Order number: 511-00000345392 | Order date: 01/06/2025 08:35 Absolutely unacceptable. Today 5th of June still not received my order. I got offered a £15 voucher for an item I had previously ordered and was not suitable for my car when it clearly stated that it was after giving the registration. I have sent them a email request a full refund but to date no reply.
I didn't pay extra for delivery, went with the standard free delivery on orders over £25 which states within 3 to 4 days. I ordered at around 9:30 AM on a Tuesday. I had a knock on the door around 11:30 AM same day. I wasn't expecting a delivery today so I was about to ignore the knock until I checked the camera. It looked like my delivery, but no? it coudn't be? Opened the door and the delivery driver had my name, address and asked about my order. Promptly gave me my item and left. I was shocked! Even Amazon isn't that fast. 2 hours from placing the order to having the item delivered!

Dispite giving the car reg at the till they still managed to sell me the wrong sparkplugs (wasted travelling time to the garage and back to the shop to get refund. While there I also asked them to tell me the price for a throttle body for my car which they said was over £800 but they didn't mention about the similar part (different make) they sell for less than £200. Disappointing service. Will definitely use an alternative local car parts shop in future.
Great experience It was easy to order. Great product, delivered next day with normal delivery. Good quality product. Bosch car wiper blade front and rear, doing very good job. Easy to install.
