Wrong parts sent but customer service contacted me and sorted it out excellent service

The order came in two deliveries. The first was quick and with no issues. Second one was problematic and EVRI courier service was shockingly bad give 3 separate times for delivery and missed every one. 4th time lucky but was forced to take time off work and missed every social functions. Not happy!

Less then 45 minutes between order and delivery.. Brilliant!

Parts were delivered on time. They were the correct parts, packaged well, no problems.

Absolutely disappoint They send me wrong brake pads I lost time and money to rebook a mechanic and order another pads Customer service was horrible They told me that ia my responsibility to ensure i am ordering correct parts and registration checker is not always correct well i am not mechanic so i don’t know with parts a correct that’s why i am using registration checker service I definitely not gonna use eurocarparts again

Incredible first time experience. Ordered an Oil Filter via standard delivery at 11:30, van showed up and handed me the part within the hour. Shocked.

I ordered the wrong part on-line , completely my fault, rang and was spoken to by a really helpful gentleman so assured me it wasn’t a problem and he would order me the correct one. I turned up the next day with the wrong part , had to wait quite a long time as they were busy . Guy on the parts desk checked the order , said it had just arrived and was being unloaded. He went off but came back empty handed and said the new part had not arrived . He was very apologetic and processed the refund for the returned part . Returned the next day , met another really helpful guy who found the ordered part. The part ordered was exactly as I asked for but equally important was the level of customer care , each of the three people I had dealings with did their very best which made the frustration of my mistake and the extra wait more than bearable , all round nice people to do business with.

Ordered 3 for 2 on autoglym car shampoo free delivery with Evri included. Tracking update on Evri site says ‘This parcel is bigger than we expected, so a specialist Evri courier will need to deliver it. We sorting this now and we’ll update your tracking as soon as its on its way.’ Yet to receive update on delivery or items.

Trusted website. Reasonable price than the other websites. You get pretty much everything that you need to service your car. Would recommend. 10/10

I wanted some advice, to decide what product would best serve my needs, The person who answered the phone asked me what the engine was, when I'd already told them diesel. Nice of them to hang up on me. Clearly not a clue what they were doing. Please train your staff before you let them loose on the public. GUILDFORD BRANCH.

2 day delivery paid for and delivery not arrived a week later. Reported to euro carparts so they cancelled delivery and dispatched a new order via dpd. Item sent out again via evri and still no delivery. Will Never use euro car parts delivery again. Do not recommend at all.
