Euro Car Parts

Ordered and then had no follow on communication. Tried to submit a ticket to find out where my order was and no response. No telephone number to contact them.

I placed an order for window wipers a couple of weeks ago. I used the website to enter my car reg but unfortunately the blades sent did not match the specs of my car so I had to return them. I have been attempting to get a refund for over a week and I keep being told the refund has been issued. As of yesterday 7th May I was told the refund was not issued and this would be issued "manually" whatever the hell that means. Still waiting........... Do no get involved with this company their customer service is abysmal. You would think they would do everything to process the refund without delay, especially with messing up the order itself!!!

Chessington branch- BEWARE, do not park on yellow lines at this Industrial Estate location in front of the premises for a quick Click & Collect as it will cost you £60 as there are cameras everywhere and Euro Car Parts say they have no influence over the Parking Control company "UKPC" and the parking company will not accept my appeal

The website included everything you needed to know and gave a good range of different manufacturers. The reviewing of the order and billing was simple to use, but beware, the free delivery was via Evri. I opted to pay extra for DPD whose delivery was prompt and courteous.

For a second time im paying express delivery and its never been on time don’t pay extra guys for delivery
