Elizabeth Treonze Real Estate Reviews

This is the first time both my wife and i have entered the sale and rental market which we engaged Elizabeth for her services and advice and can honestly not speak highly enough of her. Her knowledge of the market and her acumen is second to none, and has made this supposedly stressful time a seamless and smooth transition. Thank you Liz :)

“You were very thorough and professional. You did a lot more for me than I ever expected from a Realtor. I really appreciated how you were on top of things and how you kept me informed every step of the way. Keep it up the good work 👍Elizabeth

We are so thankful to Elizabeth for being so accommodating and responsive to all the requests regarding the properties viewed and particularly the property I bought. We were confused about buying our first home and you helped us to make right & exciting decision. We are happy to recommend Elizabeth Treonze Realestate to any one looking to buy or sell property. As a property investor for over 10 years, I have exclusively trusted Elizabeth to manage and sell 4 investment properties over that period. Elizabeth is well known for the high prices she achieves. The professional advice I was given by her has been extremely rewarding to my investment portfolio. I cannot thank and highly recommend you enough!

I attended an open for inspection on the weekend that Elizabeth and her team were hosting. Although I did not make an offer on the property, I was very impressed with Elizabeth's knowledge of the area and professionalism, especially with her follow up. I will definitely recommend Elizabeth to friends and family as I could see how passionate she was about the properties she was selling.

All I can say is Elizabeth is Fantastic! Elizabeth was warm and friendly from the moment I met her. I walked into a house and fell in love with it and she managed to get the deal done for us but it meant selling our house. Elizabeth came in and gave us so much advice and support on how to get our house ready to go to sale. She made the whole process easy and with her advice we managed to sell our house in 4 days with multiple offers that exceeded our expectations. She is amazing and so glad we crossed paths. We can't thank her enough.

Elizabeth provides commitment and great work always. I strongly recommend using Elizabeth for leasing out your property.

Elizabeth has been exceptional and proficient in her support throughout the purchase, leasing and sale of my property. Her approach has been professional and efficient whilst always being super attentive to queries. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to purchase, sell, or lease their home. Thank so much for all your help Elizabeth. Fed M

Elizabeth is amazing at her job!!! She makes you feel comfortable and is always available to answer any questions. I HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone that is wanting to sell or lease their home/s.

Elizabeth was so incredibly helpful, patient and so lovely. We enjoyed every moment and experience we had with her. Highly recommend.

Elizabeth is very accommodating, when Elizabeth comes for an inspection or calls you, she always greets you like a friend. Very personable, but yet still very professional. I’m just sorry Elizabeth is no longer my rental agent, but I would go back in a second

Elizabeth Treonze is a true professional who a great grip on real estate sector. She is open and always ready to answer any question raised. She has got perfect communication skills and is easily accessible and promptly replies on your emails. . I always thought real estate agents only represent and protect interests of landlords but she proved it wrong. She knows how to to make win-win for both parties where expectation of landlord are met and the buyer gets what he wants in his budget. She is very good in follow ups and guides you through all processes if you are new and don’t have much knowledge. No doubt it’s not easy to buy your first home or investment property but a good real estate agent can make it simpler and easier for you. Therefore I strongly recommend her for your next real estate investment if you want it to be smooth and without stress.

Thank you to my fantastic agent, who not only listed my property twice but when I realised that this was my only option, it was Elizabeth Treonze that made it happen. It's sporadic to find a real estate agent that generally cares not just about the sale of the property but your personal situation as well and then becomes a friend. Elizabeth's dedication was flawless, and with the challenges of lockdown, I highly appreciated her efforts in handling the inspections (when possible) and the constant enquiries. I know many agents who have been my loyal clients for many years, and knowing how they run their business no matter the sale value of the property - it is their dedication that I respect and makes it possible to work with them in my business. Elizabeth hands-down was equal to the agents that I know, and for that, I commend her in every aspect of how she delivered this fantastic outcome. Everyone that knows me that I respect the person and not the monetary value as the money will come! It's the person that you remember and for that, I am so grateful that I came across Elizabeth Treonze in such difficult times. ❤👋
