I had no way of replying to a response from this company. I would just like to highlight that Margaret the spokesman for the complaint department is suggesting that £170 is thier service charge. This was the response to try and breakdown my refund offer of £11 on my ticket of £180 .. she is suggesting that the service charge of £170 is fair .. Może coś naprawić, przez załatwienie bagaży dodatkowych, za którą usługę pobrała pieniądze, a których nie chce załatwić twierdząc żebyśmy sami to zrobili na lotnisku, kompletna niemoc. Linie lotnicze LOT i SAS nie chcą z nami rozmawiać wskazując, że tylko firma zamawiająca rezerwację biletów może to załatwić (zarówno SAS jak i LOT). Wklikanie rezerwacji na stronie przewoźnika to nawet pięciolatek potrafi, ale żeby pomyśleć i ułatwić klientom podróż, do czego się zresztą eSky zobowiązuje, to dla firmy jest zbyt trudne. Jeżeli jakikolwiek z bagaży ze sprzętem nie poleci to cała wyprawa upadnie a wtedy zostanie droga sądowa o zwrot kosztów i odszkodowanie.
Compré un billete aéreo a través de esta agencia que incluía equipaje de bodega de 23 kg en ambos tramos del viaje. Sin embargo, al llegar a Madrid, me encuentro con que no tenía incluido el equipaje y tuve que pagar 160 euros para poder registrarlo. Para mi regreso, intenté confirmar si tendría equipaje incluido. La agencia me envió correos diciendo que sí lo tenía, pero al verificar con la aerolínea (Avianca), me informaron que no tenía derecho al equipaje. He realizado múltiples reclamos por correo electrónico, llamadas telefónicas y chats con la empresa, pero llevo tres semanas sin recibir ninguna respuesta ni solución a mi problema. Además, para mi vuelo de regreso, sigo sin tener el equipaje incluido, lo cual es completamente inaceptable. Tratar de contactarlos es una pesadilla: pasan días sin responder y los reclamos abiertos no reciben ninguna atención. Conclusión: Esta agencia muestra una falta total de seriedad y profesionalismo. No cumplen con lo que ofrecen y no tienen un sistema eficiente de atención al cliente para resolver los problemas que generan. No recomiendo utilizar sus servicios. Update 09/01/2025 Hace 3 semanas que recibo la misma respuesta. Mi vuelo es el 14/01/2025 y aún no tengo confirmado el equipaje de bodega para este tramo, que pagué al momento de hacer la compra. Además, el reembolso del primer vuelo del 14/12/2024 sigue pendiente y no ha sido procesado. Solicito una solución inmediata.

I had the unbelievably best treatment I could have ever had with e-sky travel. By mistake, I booked and paid for the return ticket from America on 1/21 instead of 2/21/25. The telephone line in Athens was not working. I sent an email, and in 5 minutes they called me from America. I raised my issue and with incredible speed and courtesy, they canceled the wrong ticket, and refunded me almost the full amount of the ticket.This is the first time that such flexibility and kindness-humanity has happened to me. I strongly recommend the experience of booking through e-sky travel.

Ik heb een vlucht geboekt voor mijn zoon van Los Angeles naar Cancun en terug met United Airlines. Bagage was niet inclusief maar zou op de luchthaven bijgekocht kunnen worden. De prijzen voor de vluchten geboekt via Esky waren veel beter dan direkt met United Airlines. Ik heb na het boeken (voor de vlucht) contact gehad met de customer service. Vriendelijk en efficiënt.

Ik boek in Zaventem 25.11.2024. om 14h05 vertrek vlucht Brussel...Athene...Tbilissi. Ik KIES BIJ BOUKING voor 1 one way tickets 2 geen verzekering. Ik betaal 145 €. TICKET GEWIGERD!!!! STINKENDE LAFBEKKEN. Ik wordt verplicht ( en tijdsgebrek misbruik) 366€ te betalen voor 1 return 301€ 2 verzekering 65€. Wat die EZELS NIET WETEN IS DAT VOOR GEORGIË GEEN VISA NODIG IS. EN... IK heb geen Belgisch adres meer. Nu geniet ik van mijn pensioen ( adres GEORGIË)...toen nog in Indonesië. En dus ruikt eSky lekker het MISBRUIK. eSky wil mij nu off line zetten...dat is laf en een schuldbekentenis. Een rechtszaak is in de maak. Ik heb alle bewijzen. Ik eis 10.000 € schadevergoeding. Iedereen die hetzelfde meemaak roep ik op om gerechtigheid in de hand te nemen. eSky heeft RUIM alle informatie voor mijn boeking in handen. Stinkende oplichters.

Hän meni Bolognassa asiakastiskille, lento oli muka peruttu eikä hän päässyt tietysti koneeseen. Rahoja ei myöskään palautettu , Lufthansan henkilökunta pelasti tilanteen ja sai lennon ja ehti jatkolennolle.Eli hyvä Lufthansa, Älkää hyvät ihmiset käyttäkö eSky Travelia ,täyttä huijausta!!!!!!!

My flight in Indonesia was cancelled and I made a refund request over 3 months ago. I have contacted esky multiple times. I have also contacted the airline to confirm that a refund request was made, and they tell me it has not been made. This company is extremely unreliable and just want to keep your money and give no service, and I would not recommend booking through them. updating this 21 days later - despite it now being the stipulated 60 working days for the airline to provide the refund to esky to provide to me, no refund had still been provided. I think esky is just trying to wear me down so I give up, but that isn't going to happen.
Ik heb een boooking via eSky gemaakt voor een trip in de Azoren. Er werd mij een vlucht aangeboden voor een bedrag van €175 welke ik heb gekozen en betaald met mijn creditcard (met autorisatie). De volgende ochtend zag ik dat er een 2de booking van mijn creditcard was gedaan welke ik niet had geautoriseerd voor €78. Contact met eSky heeft mij geleerd dat dit een transactiefee is welke kennelijk ergens verstopt ee keer gemeld zou zijn. Cancelen van de boeking met restittie van totale boeking was niet mogelijk. Volgende keer maar rechtreeks boeken bij de vliegmaatschappij, daar bleek ik inderdaad eenzelfde ticket voor €175 te kunnen krijgen maar dan zonder opslagen :-(
My flight got canceled jn October by the airline; this is my third review here, i contacted esky million of times , but they have not resolved my issues ans gave me the mobey back yet, on my last review someone from esky replied to me saying they are working on my issue, yet, no one resolved anything or even called me , or emailed me any kind of updates…. Today i emailed them, they replied saying rhey are atill waiting on refund from the airline and i still have to wait….. update, I contacted the turkish airline and they are saying they refunded the money to esky, so esky is holding my money hostage
