Ik probeer telkens te vragen voor dit te veranderen en ben bereid voor bijbetaling . ik geef al de info door maar krijg telkens dezelfde mail retour dat ik de namen en datum moet doorgeven en de vlucht doe ik maar er komt nu helemaal geen reactie meer . Hoop dat dit nog goed komt.wil niet op het vliegveld staan met problemen ;

Varasin lentoliput Thaimaassa eSkyn kautta. Lippujen hinta oli n. 110€ ja luulin sen olevan lippujen kokonaishinta! Maksettuani huomasin veloituksen kuitenkin olleen 191€ . Tätä 80 €: välitysmaksua ei kyllä missään näkynyt! En todella olisi ostanut lippuja tätä kautta jos asia olisi selvinnyt rehellisesti!!! Chatissa minulle kerrottiin että tämä on heidän veloitus. Keskustelu katkaistiin pikaisesti. Miten voi yritys mainostaa säästöä heidän kauttaan, kun ostoksen hinta pomppaa miltei tuplaksi?

Ik was in de veronderstelling dat ik rechtreeks boekte bij transavia maar kwam via gesponsorde link met transavia in de naam, bij esky uit. Ik bleek veel duurder uit en boekte per ongeluk een annuleringsverzekering (ik was op zoek naar de flexoptie van Transavia). Dus direct contact gezocht hoe ik de verzekering nog kon cancellen. Geen knop op website en contactformulier werkte eerst niet, maar paar uur later wel. Cancellen blijkt onmogelijk! Ook niet als je, zoals ik, binnen 24 uur reageert! Had dezelfde dag gemoeten zeiden ze, maar ik boekte s avonds en kreeg s ochtends pas bericht . Het gast om een reis over 5 maanden, dus niet binnenkort ofzo. Ik voel me op allerlei manieren bij de neus genomen. Slechte organisatie dit, niet bij kopen!
Abysmal, money-grabbing, disingenuous, inefficient, and with an ability to fill you with despondency. Using this rip-off con site ruins your day and sucks any happiness out of you. There seems to be no end of optional clauses, and add-on to screw you for the last penny. Everything is extra. There is no transparency, just greed. When you do get, eventually, to the end, it wouldn't let me buy the ticket. I tried on two different computers with 3 different cards - all with sufficient funds, and still no joy. I asked a friend to try the same. When he couldn’t proceed, he asked his wife. Nothing worked. By the end of the ordeal, 3 of us had tried to book the same flight to check the problem wasn’t with us. If you wish to deal with scammers that upsell everything and provide nothing but bucket loads of frustration, this is the place for you. How these amateurs stay in business is truly amazing. How they then have the gall to say they offer anything other than dissatisfaction, astounds and astonishes me in equal measure. As awful and as lousy an experience as it gets. Like many of the reviews below I believed I was on the South African Airways web site and I was trying to book a flight ticket from Johannesburg to Cape Town. I clicked to book and a few days later received an email from ESky.co.uk. I saw that I was booked on Lift Airline and in business class. I phoned the number provided by ESky and got through to someone in India. They in turn transferred me to someone else in India who said they would check whether I could cancel my flight. I told them that firstly I don't travel on budget airlines and secondly they said I was only allowed 15 kilos. This is a total scam and I called Amex to put a hold on the payment. There is no business class seat on Lift airline and they charged me almost £230. I made several calls to ESky and to Lift airline and they told me I couldn't cancel my flight. I kept receiving emails right up until my supposed departure dates. WARNING be very careful of this company. They are registered in Krakow, Poland but their operators are in India. Amex are investigating this for me because it's tantamount to fraud.
Via E- sky geboekt ( BGR2UL) om met Ryanair naar Lissabon te vliegen ivm een feestje. Alles leek in orde te zijn. Maar toen we online in wilden checken lukte dat niet. We hebben tegelijkertijd contact met beide maatschappijen gehad. E- sky wou Ryanair de schuld geven, maar Ryanair gaf aan dat E- sky de betaling nooit doorgezet had, dus de stoelen waren nooit gereserveerd en bezet nu. We kregen weinig hulp verder .Wel excuses. Geen oplossing. Ik ben zelf een dag later gegaan met een vlucht 2x zo duur, waardoor mijn man niet meer meekon. Waardeloze maatschappij dus! Nooit meer. U zijt gewaarschuwd! Uit uw antwoord begrijp dat u alsnog de schuld bij Ryanair wilt leggen? Dit is absoluut niet het geval! De telefoniste heeft uiteindelijk toegegeven dat de fout bij jullie ligt! T is gewoon slecht georganiseerd bij jullie!!

Helaas via deze weg omdat jullie op mail niet reageren. Zoals bij jullie bekend is hebben wij een klacht over de heen en terugreis. Deze hebben jullie tot op heden nog niet opgelost. Op 02-04-2024 hebben wij 4 tickets geboekt, waarvan 2 met extra beenruimte. Een dag voor vertrek waren deze stoelen er niet in het vliegtuig. Jullie laten ons betalen voor wat bij klm gratis stoelen blijken te zijn. Wij zouden dan ook graag de 528 euro die wij betaald hebben voor aanvullende diensten terug zien op onze rekening.
