RUN AWAY FROM THIS GROUP! Worst experience with eSky. They promised to email me within 48 hours regarding a cancellation refund and have heard nothing in 7 days. We now have lawyers involved because we purchased insurance and are reading that refunds may take 3-6 months. Yes, Margaret I have sent my booking number several times and have heard from no one!!!

They are ridiculous - I got charged for a service that they didn't even follow through. Do not trust them, they are liars. Flight cancelled by carrier Wizz air and Wizz refunded eSky back in January 2025 but eSky are denying any refund....kept my money ! On top of that you pay a non refundable £60 commission for what??? You get no service but scammed. Under section 75 Credit card companies can recover this due to no service received.

Just thieves, nothing else.

Waardeloos boekingskantoor. Er is iets mis met de vluchturen die ze ons zeggen en wat de feitelijke vluchturen zijn. Graag wil ik hier iemand over contacteren via telefoon of mail. Maar dit is precies niet mogelijk, want ik vind nergens contactgegevens

Yep. Just like others got caught in their deception by having Google to put them at the top of searches for various airlines. They should be fined and website brought down as at no time do they state they are not the actual airlines you want to book with! I'm sure they will have some comment that downplays their responsibility to disclose this and hide behind a cleverly written reply that discards their conduct.

Het meest waardeloze boekingskantoor ooit 1 of andere incompetente medewerker maakt een boekingsfout en geeft ons daar zelf de schuld van…ze noteren de verkeerde datum en niet toegeven… het is altijd:,We come back to you. Ze wimpelen af. Laat ons 2x betalen voor hetzelfde ticket. En absoluut niet zeggen: Sorry onze fout… we zetten het om en no charge. Vuile oplichters en dieven. Nooit zoiets schofterigs meegemaakt. Ze mogen van mij een vlucht voor hunzelf boeken:,To Hell. In de paar reviews die wat minder ongeruster klinken word je nog door ze bedankt ook, maar als het slecht is? Dan hoor je ze niet, inderdaad altijd de policy van de vliegmaatschappij de schuld geven.Kosteloos ons ticket door grove nalatigheid van eSky word niet rechtgezet. Het is daar één groot incompetent nest. 4 tickets dubbel betalen. Schandalige mislukkelingen daar. Bedankt tante magda en joggie joey met het te schijterig zijn je bekend te maken. Dit word absoluut vervolgt. Dit laat ik niet op mij zitten. Hufterige behandeling en dan de chat verbreken. Mag je weer met die waardeloze chatbot aan de gang. Zeer Slecht en totaal geen ster wat mij betreft. Totaal Wegwezen met eSky

Would be zero stars if the survey allowed it. Complete scam- thought I was on the airline website but was too tired and hurried to notice I had clicked on esky’s promoted ad. Charged £70 fee on a £150 airfare. Their business model is to catch people off guard and fleece them.

Totally overcharged Like another review I thought I was booking on the Logan air airline site as that is what I searched, this came up first and charged me £77 for a £42 seat, Like previous reviews let my guard down !!! Raging

They got me - My fault for letting my guard down for a second - but(warning) - I put Sky Express Airlines (Greek Airline) into the search bar and google returned esky.com as the first result - because they pay for that happen. This lesson cost me about $100 bucks
