I had no way of replying to a response from this company. I would just like to highlight that Margaret the spokesman for the complaint department is suggesting that £170 is thier service charge. This was the response to try and breakdown my refund offer of £11 on my ticket of £180 .. she is suggesting that the service charge of £170 is fair .. Hi Frazer, like other travel booking platforms we charge a service fee. This fee allows us to help you choose the right offer and assist you at every stage of your trip. The fee is included in the booking price and is non-refundable. Yours sincerely, Margaret
