I have still not received a refund for the tickets i bought from e-Sky and they never delivered. Stay away from this scam company!! 2025.04.27: I have not recieved anything from eSky. And I had to by business class tickets as a replacement, since these were the only ones available once i realized that eSky were not going to delvicer the tickets i had paid for. Once again - I will highly reccommend not to do any business with this company.

Varasin lennot ja maksoin samalla kertaa. Siinä missä hinnat lisäpalveluista kuten matkatavarasta, vakuutuksesta ym. olivat sivustolla selkeästi esillä, ei ns. palvelumaksusta ollut mitään mainintaa. Tämä +25% matkalipun hintaan ilmestyi vasta maksaessa, minkä on täytynyt olla jonkun linkin/täpän takana. Kuluttajansuoja edellyttää että hinnat ovat SELKEÄSTI esillä, joten tällainen ”myynti” on käsittääkseni laitonta - ainakin tässä maassa johon esky.fi sivustokin viittaa. Koin tulleeni huijatuksi! En voi suositella kenellekään!!!

i booked inter-connecting to zante 2 months ago. i’m flying out on june 25. when i went to check if i could see my tickets and booking details nothing comes up, the screen just turns white so i’m worried it was a scam.

I’ve booked a flight with the extra fee for cancellation option and the possibility to change dates. When entering their site it’s not possible to cancel flight and you have to send an application to change the dates. This is a scam service, keep away. Your response is not logical. Why do we have to pay extra for cancellation option if we have to pay another fee when we need to cancel? And the fee for change dates you represented cost more then the ticket. This web site should be shut down.

Achtung! Verdeckte Kosten! Mein Flug war plötzlich fast 40 Euro teurer als direkt bei easyjet gebucht! Steht zwar alles drin, wird aber schnell uebersehen! Vieles wird gegen hohe Aufpreise angeboten. Besser direkt bei der Airline buchen. Einmal und nie wieder. Ärgere mich gerade sehr.

A HUGE SCAM! Immediately, leave the website!! They scam you out of your money and have no qualms about doing it. Do not purchase any ticket through esky!!!

Cancelled flight , Prague WizzAir flight for 14.06.25, 7:40am Refunded ONLY money returned by WizzAir. Please be advised that : 1. In the case of the flight cancellation the company informs you that to receive the refund takes 6- 12 month! The company persuades you to take another flight. 2. The company DOES NOT REFUND ANY payments , even payments for the extras they did not provide.

eSky facture 79 US en sus du billet d'avion sans aucune mention de ces frais sur leur site. J'ai tenté 30 minutes après l'achat de demander une annulation de la transaction. J'ai reçu trois fois le même message me disant qu'il peuvent rembourser 611$ USD au lieu des 799 $ USD que j'ai payés. Quelle compagnie épouvantable.... Impossible d'avoir une réponse réelle. Serais-je remboursée? Ai-je toujours une réservation pour le vol sur AA? Je viens d'être remboursée. Il me demande des frais additionnels pour l'annulation. Donc, cette aventure m'aura quand même coûté 150$ CA. Non, je ne recommande pas eSky...

Ik heb een retourvlucht geboekt met extra service voor annulering en wijziging. Ik wil het nu wijzigen maar het is onmogelijk. Ze geven aan dat ik de airline hiervoor moet contacteren en de betaling door moet verwijzen aan de verzekeringsmaatschappij. Ze willen je gewoon niet helpen. Waarom betaal ik jullie dan voor? Om alle problemen zelf op te lossen?

Not an honest company. Their cost are the same as the airlines but they sneak in a 120 additional fee at the very end at the checkout process. They do not offer a 24hr window of a return like most websites. If they were an honest company they would offer such a return. When you look at your receipt it does not show their fee in the breakdown. Stay away from them

SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT USE!! Mimicked Wizz Air in search results, so ended up on eSky's website without realising. Showed Wizz Air price WITHOUT showing eSky's fees, so no way of knowing it was a scam at that point. I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution regarding my refund. Additionally over two months ago, I was promised a refund, but despite multiple follow-ups, I haven’t received it. I even contacted the airline directly, and they confirmed that the refund was processed and sent to eSky, yet I’m still waiting for my money. Each time I’ve reached out to eSky, I’ve been told to wait, with no clear explanation or timeline for when this issue will be resolved. This delay is completely unacceptable. Be VERY CAREFUL when booking direct with an airline, to get their OFFICIAL WEBSITE and not a SCAMMING copycat that MIMICS them.
