Vlucht was wegens technische storing niet doorgekomen maar wel al betaald. Tijdens klantenservice, die goed bereikbaar was heel vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Hierbij verteld binnen 5-7 werkdagen het bedrag terug te krijgen. Stond de volgende dag al op de rekening. Ook uitgelegd gekregen hoe de technische fout tot stand kan komen.

Ongelooflijk dat dit bedrijf nog bestaat. 6 tickets geboekt. 4 omgeboekt. En 2 kunnen volgens Esky niet omgeboekt worden. Weg 3700 euro. Boek a.u.b. via een ander ticketburo

Ho preso i biglietti aereo tramite eSky. Non li hanno mai comprato dalla compania Air Transat, che, ovviamente non mi ha fatto partire. Dopo innumerevoli e mail e telefonate ho ricevuto una parziale rimborso e nessun e mail di essa. Il resto dei soldi eSky se li ha tenuti. Oltre che il danno, la beffa, insomma. Attenzione a usare i loro servizi, sono dei truffatori.

eSky is probably a scam. They pay google to be at the top of google search for many airlines. They use the airlines logo to make you think they are legitimate. If you book with them and pay you get an email with the word "ticket" in it but it is not. You never hear from them again and they are impossible to contact. Do not use this website.

DO NOT USE...the very bottom of the bottom feeders..its technically a "parasite" travel service company. Provides nothing to you, just complications. Not sure what you're paying for when booking through them, they will not check you in (even when you fill your check-in details month in advance), cannot choose seats, change dates.. And Magda/Margaret dont bother to respond, better use your time wisely and look for a job with reputable travel company..

Trustful website, user friendly. You can always find cheap flights there!

Do not book with esky! I made the foolish mistake of booking eith esky when I thought I was booking directly with easyjet via skyscanner! I then tried to cancel my booking within about an hour of realising and they would only refund me £26 of a £124 flight due to Extortionate fees! I mistook it for easyjet as it was orange and made it look the same, I'm ashamed not to have seen the red flags! I then tried to change my flight time and they wanted to charge me £170! my advice is to avoid at all costs!

Stay away. If you are promised a refund, don’t wait for it. I requested a refund within 2 hours of booking and they have been screwing me around since. Credit card dispute is most likely needed as eSky will not keep their word. Let’s see if Vipal can be of any help after this latest call September 9. I have been trying to get a refund since it was promised back in June. This company is full of liars. They don’t return calls. They still say the airlines have my money, but the airlines refunded them and have told me by email and phone. Pay back the money you have of mine. I booked flights and tried to cancel within 3 hours and they are denying it. I sent proof of there being 3 hours in between and also how the airline will allow cancellation within 24 hours and they are claiming they spoke to airline and the airline said no cancellations. Scammed $5000 for a family holiday… After many hours and no sleep, I have paid extra money to have. The flights cancelled and the airlines are to give me a credit. So this review may change if I am satisfied with the results. They have now stated I will receive a refund within 7 to 14 working days and if that occurs, this will be much higher so for today, I will put it at a three as they seem to be very receptive. Still waiting for the refund as they say they are awaiting the refund from the airline. The airline has already paid them back, so I'm not sure why I'm waiting. Let's go eSky, I am trying to be patient. Today will end the 7 to 14 workday since they said, I would have a refund on my MasterCard. So you are now going to a one, and I have spoken to my credit card company to do a chargeback because this lowlife company who said that they would give a refund is still to give a refund.

Was MISSOLD travel insurance by esky online they now don’t want to know got my money and that seems to be that Couldn’t travel as bag was stolen along with passport was told insurance didn’t cover this NEVER USE ESKY AGAIN
