Annulatie aanvragen is 7e wonder. Alleen in frans en in contact komen voor annulatie is 7e wonder. Al 7 weken ver en nog gern contact! Prijs kwaliteit=0

The ticket was purchased by my daughter. In the email it doesn’t say that it was military time so it said 6:00. She thought it was p.m. there was no way to indicate otherwise I saw it too. She of course missed her flight I called customer service after a few hours of telling my story to 3 different agents they said they’ll communicate by email. That did not happen. My young daughter stuck in a different city. Trying to find her a hotel and Uber drivers was so expensive. Esky did nothing to help us or our situation. We ended up calling and booking a different flight with a sweet lady at Delta airlines. She helped us out and from now on I told her if she ever does book a flight to go directly through airline or a reputable one like Expedia, Priceline etc. DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT HERE, Customer service was ridiculous and unhelpful!!!

Ho acquistato biglietti per Creta, andata il 2 giugno e ritorno 30 giugno con relativa assicurazione. Il 26 aprile ho avuto un incidente che mi impedisce il viaggio. Ho riportato 11 costole rotte, 1 vertebra incrinata, relative complicazioni, 20 gg di recovero e per altri 30 gg sarò immobilizzato. Ho chiesto il rimborso ma la liro assicurazione copre solo i problemi che accadono nel volo e solo per il tempo dtl volo. Ho contattato Ryanair e mi hanno detto di evitare queste agenzie comprando sul loro sito e la loro assicurazione che copre, come è normale, il mio problema.

He conseguido hablar con alguien y me confirma el vuelo, espero que no haya problema con las tarjetas de embarque. Al final todo salió bien, sin ningún problema,mandaron las tarjetas de embarque 24 horas antes

My husband purchased two return flight tickets from Lima to the USA through eSky, along with insurance. The issue arose when my daughter lost her passport and couldn’t board the flight, requiring her to visit the embassy to obtain a travel document. When attempting to change the flight date, the agency informed my husband that they couldn’t do anything and that the ticket was already lost. So, what was the point of buying the insurance? My recommendation is: To avoid intermediaries and purchase directly from the airline. Lesson learned.

I booked my tickets with e.sky for a flight from Athens to London for 3 of us. I received an email from e.sky to say that Ryan air will send me an email at least 8 hours prior to my flight for checking in. However email did not come. Lucky I went to the airport at Athens pretty early. The agent at the Ryan air counter told me that I needed to pay an extra 55 euro extra per ticket since I did not check in online. Total for 3 tickets 165 Euro!!! Ouch!!! they said that this was because e.sky did not provide the email address to them. Even though I had provided it when I booked with e.sky. She also told me that this happens often. So next time I am surely not using e.sky for any booking in the future. What a scam!!! Leaves a bad taste too. Please just book direct from the airline web site. I sincerely hope that companies like e.sky are penalized by the aviation authority. Unfortunately zero star rating is not an option!!!

Meer dan €150 betaald voor een ticket, en nooit gehad. Valt geen contact mee te krijgen, allerlei manieren geprobeerd mezelf opnieuw te identificeren maar de site geeft steeds error. Dit zijn zware oplichters. Nu een nieuwe vlucht moeten boeken maar mijn geld is weg. Nooit meer!!

Minulle vastataan kyllä eSkyn palvelusta, mutta väitetään, että lentoliput on lähetetty s-postiin, mutta niitä ei ole tullut aiemmin eikä edelleenkään melkein 1,5 kk ostosta. Nyt sain vahvistuksen varauksesta, mutta lippuja kahdelle ei vain tule. Harmittaa kirjoittaa aina vain uudestaan.
