Ordering the tickets was quick and the reservation came to me confirmed exactly as I wanted and that I ordered. This is a very big added value of your company. I received my booking confirmation on the next working day. So I'm extremely satisfied :).

STAY AWAY!! AVOID booking on eSky. They have hidden fees and deceptive pricing practices that customers aren't made aware of until after purchase. Conveniently, there t&c don't allow for any changes to reservations. That's how they "get you."

I was unable to fly on the plane because my airline closed check-in, so I was sent to the terminal at the airport itself with only 20 minutes left before departure. And I couldn't get through. This was my first experience, they didn’t help and didn’t tell me what to do they said buy a ticket next time

19.7.2024: weltweites IT-Chaos an den Flughäfen. Dank Buchung bei Ihnen kamen wir gleichentags noch nach Hause, nachdem unserer pauschalgebuchter Flug ohne uns abrflog - Infos ungenügend am Flughafen in Ibiza bis gar keine Information. Lautsprecher dort nicht verstehbar wegen Schall im Flughafenraum Check-in und Check-out. Tui-Mitarbeiter wussten vor Ort auch nichts bzw. was Sache ist und war ... Es war grauenvoll dieser Tag. Nun sind wir zuhause -Gottseidank

Vi har købt to flybilletter ved eSky tilbage i marts, og har stadig ikke modtaget billetterne. Betalingen er trukket, men vi har hverken bookingnr. eller modtaget anden form for besked omkring billetterne. Det er umuligt at komme i kontakt med eSky, da man skal have et bookingnr. for at komme gennem deres kontaktformular.

I wish more people could understand this is a really easy site to plan a flight. Delta is my favorite airline , but they are complicated to arrange a flight , and eSky is excellent for helping their customers get to where they going faster n cheaper.

Based on my experience so far, I must say that it was more than good. The whole process of buying a plane ticket or booking a hotel was easy and simple. You must proceed on doing checks for the seats and try to fix the speed of your booking procedure. But even with some delayed answer, that is my opinion, everything went more than well.

Had Flaysafair vlucht geboekt van Johannesburg naar George. Naam van mijn partner schijnt tijdens betaling overschreven te zijn met mijn naam, paspoort gegevens enz bleven wel op haar naam. Ik deel dit direct mee. Enige optie die ik krijg is het cancellen van de boeking. Foetsie ruim 150euro. Ik hoop dat hier nog een reactie opkomt zodat het systeem wordt nagekeken, zoniet.....NOOIT meer eSky.

I made a flight reservation (KLM) on this site by accident, because I am an inexperienced and unfrequent traveller. They sent me the ticket ok, everything looked fine. However, today - four days before the flight, I tried to view the booking on the KLM website. Turned out, the PNR was invalid and I couldn’t access it. Had it not been for the kind and patient agent from KLM, I would not be able to get on the flight. The problem? The dearture time changed, esky sent me the new ticket with an old and therefore invalid PNR. Thanks to the awesome agent, I got the right PNR and will be able to board the flight in a few days. Kudos to KLM, shame on esky!

I mistakenly made a booking with this company. They overcharged me for choosing seats for my flights, then failed to respond to my request to reschedule within the permitted timeframe. Despite going back and forth, they denied receiving my email. After 3 months, I received a call from someone with an attitude, stating I wouldn't get a refund. It's frustrating dealing with a company unwilling to accept their fault, not notifying the airline on time, and not prioritizing the customer's interests, leaving me at a loss of money. Go to booking.com they are less expensive and have real customer service. Not worth the risk.

Wat een bedrijf. Nog steeds geen bericht gekregen van eSky ondanks meerdere gestuurde e-mails van mijn kant. Hoe moeilijk is het om een vlucht te annuleren als ik er meerdere keren om gevraagd heb. Zeer slechte communicatie,zeker geen aanrader.

Would give zero. Still waiting for failed payment to be refunded!!! Brought my ticket direct from Ryan Air. Please refund me the money sat pending for the last 10 days!!
