Stay away. If you are promised a refund, don’t wait for it. I requested a refund within 2 hours of booking and they have been screwing me around since. Credit card dispute is most likely needed as eSky will not keep their word. Let’s see if Vipal can be of any help after this latest call September 9. I have been trying to get a refund since it was promised back in June. This company is full of liars. They don’t return calls. They still say the airlines have my money, but the airlines refunded them and have told me by email and phone. Pay back the money you have of mine. I booked flights and tried to cancel within 3 hours and they are denying it. I sent proof of there being 3 hours in between and also how the airline will allow cancellation within 24 hours and they are claiming they spoke to airline and the airline said no cancellations. Scammed $5000 for a family holiday… After many hours and no sleep, I have paid extra money to have. The flights cancelled and the airlines are to give me a credit. So this review may change if I am satisfied with the results. They have now stated I will receive a refund within 7 to 14 working days and if that occurs, this will be much higher so for today, I will put it at a three as they seem to be very receptive. Still waiting for the refund as they say they are awaiting the refund from the airline. The airline has already paid them back, so I'm not sure why I'm waiting. Let's go eSky, I am trying to be patient. Today will end the 7 to 14 workday since they said, I would have a refund on my MasterCard. So you are now going to a one, and I have spoken to my credit card company to do a chargeback because this lowlife company who said that they would give a refund is still to give a refund.
