Equity estate agents took my house on from another estate agent that were struggling with buyers to sell the house to. Within 3 months they had found the perfect buyer for us and with a lot of hard work from the staff including Darren, they got the job done.

Sold quickly and then Darren kept me informed right the way to completion, information is like gold dust in Real Estate sometimes so it was good to have someone who was responsive

Purchased a property through Equity Estate Agents (Enfield Branch) and they were excellent from start to finish. Very professional and efficent. Aaliyah Salih helped with all the initial viewings etc and she was absolutely amazing. And Darren Nelson dealt with the transaction from acceptance of our offer to completion of our purchase and he too was absolutely amazing. Darren played a big part in pushing the transaction through to completion as quickly as possible which we were extremely thankful for. I always received quick responses to my enquiries from him and I always had prompt updates. The whole team were great!. Definately recommend them and will use them again in the future. I am happy with the friendly stuff at your office I am very happy with Mark who I am dealing with. If there’s one thing that would help a lot when there is charges it will be good if I receive an invoice in the post rather than an email as I get so many emails I end up losing them and when I am looking to do my taxes at the end of the year it becomes an issue
