I dealt with Saby in regards to the letting of my flat and she was very professional, very efficient, understanding and fast. I Have been very happy with Equity Estate Agents. Everyone was very helpful and the process went smoothly. I would recommend them they were fantastic with everything they do. Also, I have been with them before they have sold my flat and now my house. Thank you.

We used Equity to rent our flat, from initial consultation to the final signing of the agreement. The whole process went very smooth. Mark and his team (James,Jake, saby and paris) once instructed were on the case with arranging the viewings and open house and then doing a detailed check on our tenant and advising us. They kept us in the loop with regular updates. Also, to mention was the very detailed Inventory they did for our flat. We were going to manage the property ourself but based on the way Equity dealt with the whole process with no real hiccups. We decided to let Equity mange the Property too. We have already passed on their details to few of our colleagues at the block as their charges are very reasonable with no compromise on service.

Working with Equity Estates team as a tenant has been an excellent experience. The team are very responsive and were quick to answer any questions and contact the landlord and contractors needed for service and repairs at the property. Sorting out all the paperwork was fast and easy, too. Really everything you could want from a letting agency.A big thank-you to Saby,Naz,Andrea and especially Gina With supporting us to find out new home .

Very efficient, always on time and deliver high level of customer service. They made the process very easy and understandable, as I was a first time buyer. All staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Equity Estate Agents have been great to work with - both the sales team and the Lettings team. From sales progression Helen was fab at keeping things moving, being reassuring and understanding. Mark from Lettings was the reason we chose Equity to manage our property. He done everything to make the process as stress free as possible. Two people from his team really stood out - James who helped With the viewings was always only a call away and ready to help at any time. Saby who helped with all the background checks and paper work for prospective tenants really knows her stuff and is thorough and helpful in giving all the information you need.

Equity were very efficient and helpful. They were able to source a teannant for me and took all of the hasle of finding someone away which is what i needed. I will definitely use them again and would recommend Mark, Saby and the team.
