All staff that I dealt with at equity from the person that carried out the valuation to Helen (my go between) Helen also drove my sale, made me feel like she was 100% working for me, to the very end were amazing
Found equity to be there for me from valuation to day of completion. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable and the friendliness was second to none. I would recommend equity to everyone who was thinking of selling or buying a property. More importantly equity care about their clients.

We sold our house through Equity. We chose them as we had bought the house through Equity 4 years ago and they were a pleasure to deal with. We were not disappointed selling through them. Darren and Helen did a wonderful job liaising with our buyers and it was difficult at times. I would thoroughly recommend selling and buying through Equity.
The process with Equity was a pleasure from the moment we put the house on the market to when it was sold. There were a few ups and downs during the process but Darren was a real help and support during this period. They really delivered on 1st class service and we felt like we mattered to them. Darren always consulted me and kept me posted about the chain. A shout out to Matt, Aaliyah and Kyrie who were instrumental in getting viewers in and managing the offers whilst again communicating feedback on a timely basis. I wouldn't hesitate in using Equity again.
Darren and his team have been great in assisting us on two house purchases and the sale in between. There has been no pressure and lots of understanding and help which are great qualities for an estate agents and from previous experiences with other companies, rather rare!

My parents had the pleasure of meeting Darren from the Equity Enfield..the most helpful person ive met..any questions(and there was a lot) any problems simply resolved..anytime ive messaged ive always got a reply and help..the whole process of selling the property was much easier thanks to Darren ..definetly would recommend the agency and if u r a person who do need a suppoert with all those steps while buying or selling definetly ask for Darren.:-)
