We were really impressed with the professionalism of the team at Equity. The Manager ensures that our house sale went through as quickly and smoothly as possible during a very difficult time with the pandemic. Nothing was ever to much, someone was always at the end of the phone whether verbally or by text. A great, friendly team.

Darren and Matthew at Equity were quite simply an absolute pleasure to deal with! Matthew found us our new home and worked hard to secure the deal... and Darren went above and beyond to ensure everything went through smoothly... from chasing solicitors to keeping me informed at all times, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, Equity are a personable and professional agent whom I wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend! Thank you Matthew and Darren for all of your support!!!

Darren at Equity Hertford Road was quick on the mark to place our property on the market. The marketing pictures taken by Darren were amazing indeed. Within a few days of the property going live on the market, there were multiple views almost on a daily basis. Within a record four weeks, there was an offer on the table. Darren at Equity was outstanding in supporting us with our dealings between the solicitors at either end and more than often went over and beyond any means to assist with queries that were outside of his area of responsibility. We found the service provided by Equity very professional from start to finish. We strongly recommend Equity particularly the branch on Hertford Road in Enfield as a dependable and professional property sales team.

Equity have been great with the sale of our house even during these Covid times. Very happy with all staff attitude and helpfulness. The showings went well despite the PPE arrangements, only 2 people at a time and spaced well apart. Finally our amazing sales progressor Helen keeping in touch with us, our buyer and solicitors on a regular basis. Many thanks Equity.

Taking into account most of the other reviews its fair to say all estate agents are pretty much the same, however this estate agents are one of the worst in my vast experience. They lack the skills required to actually get things done. They don't have an onboard maintenace dept and they are good at making excuses. I am currently having to go through their redress scheme bacause they are exceptional at being mistruthful. They are getting money for old rope as the saying goes. I can say with certainty that I will never ever use this company again. ALL SHOW :( If everything is going well then you are ok, but when it goes wrong they are never at fault. Many 5 stars is a falsehood. ! One year contract, then it goes on to a periodic contract that you can't terminate ,only they can. BEWARE!

I recently, sold my house with Equity, from start to finish, it was, the, absolute, best experience, I have ever had, in buying and dealing Propertys, they are, the utmost, highest, in professional, service, outstanding, performance, down to earth with impeccable, manners. Helen, you are, perfection , in all you, do, and I cannot thank you enough for being there every step of the way, making sure communication, was key, with all involved. Darren, and all the team, you all set, the bar very high.

We bought our property from Equity, so when we decided to move we requested their assistance again. We went back because of the service, the honesty and the bluntness (that is a great thing), we knew we could trust they would do an amazing job. We put our property in the market and it sold within a week. I couldn't recommend these guys more, particularly Darren who was literally our beacon (and Helen) throughout the entire process. You'd be nuts to consider anywhere else.
