We used Equity Estate Agents for a long time. Every contact with them went very smooth, prominent, to the point all the time. They did all the chasing, always on time and step ahead. Darren and his team worked very hard for us and we highly recommend them and use again again. Very professional and five star services.

Fantastic team from start to finish. I felt a high level of confidence with each of the team at each stage. From Josh at the start to Kyrie selling my house and Darren throughout. Everyone responds quickly without having to be chased. Then Helen took over and gave me so much support throughout the sale progression of a tricky sale. She is quick and efficient in her communication. Most importantly Helen is friendly and kind. Helen is a huge asset to Equity. I would highly recommend selling your house with this team.

Equity put the property on the market and a buyer was quickly obtained. Equity provided regular updates to ensure I was abreast of the status of the sale. Due to delays on the part of the buyers solicitors, Equity intervened by assisting with communication and clarification regarding outstanding queries. Both Helen and Darren worked tirelessly during the final stages to ensure a timely exchange and subsequent completion. We was thinking of moving and wanted a valuation, so booked in Darren Nelson from Equity as we had purchased our property from them and Darren in 2014 and was a very easy going experience back then. Darren was very helpful as per our previous encounter with him, and helped us, advised us and guided us along the way. Equity managed to get an offer on our property within a week of speaking to Darren. We were chain sellers, and through the management of Equity and specifically Darren and Helen, our first acceptance was also the eventual buyer of our property. The property we ended up purchasing was also through Equity and the wonderful help of Kyrie, Matthew and the rest of the team to help us get over the line. Both Darren and Helen, worked miracles to deal with somewhat slow solicitors involved in the process and their communication and keeping us up to date was one of the best things about them.
