Bonjour, j'ai acheté un bien équipé de panneaux et groupe "enphase", pour avoir l'appli je remplis toutes les demandes et à la fin on me demande un règlement de 149 € pour le changement de propriétaire, c'est lamentable, n'y aurait il pas une autre appli afin de suivre ça conso? Sans remettre la main à la poche! Cordialement

Terrible company with worse contracts

Terrible company with even worse customer service. They won't uphold any end of their contract, won't assist with monitoring or maintenance in any way (though you paid for it in your contract) and will jsut tell you to hire someone else, who also won't be able to fix anything and just take your money for no results. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND A WASTE OF MONEY. THEIR CONTRACT IS USELESS AND SO ARE THEIR INSTALLERS AND EQUIPMENT. 25 yr system didnt even last 6 yrs and they won't do anything at all about it. Jsut hold their hands up and say "so sorry" in indian accent because none of them are american. And now they are scamming folks more by selling a maintenance and monitoring package, on top of the contract that included those things. They won't be able to enforce that either, they just want to rip you off for some more money. YOU fell for the first contract lie, why not another? America is dead, this is corporate slavery

This system has been a mixed bag

This system has been a mixed bag. After a few months and some creative supplements to it I've decided to raise my rating to 4 star. My system has enphase microinverters, combiner, system controller, and most importantly for this review the 5P model batteries. My system is almost entirely off grid which apparently is what caused my initial problems. The battery's software caused a nightmare of an error where my whole house would lose power about 20 times a day. The problem still isnt completely resolved. 2 weeks ago i would have recommended not using the 5P batteries at all. I now see that for 240v appliances the 5P batteries are the best available option. However I am having success with supplementing the system with cheaper golf cart batteries on 120v appliances. So far, the self-installed supplemental cheapo batteries have made the difference in pushing the overall system into consistent function without finishing off my bank account like even 1 more 5P installed would have.

SAV déplorable !

J'ai fait confiance à Enphase à plusieurs reprises, je dispose de panneaux solaires et d'une borne de recharge IQ EV Charger 4990. Cette borne me pose de nombreux problèmes avec absence de charge programmée et/ou défaillance lors de la charge par excédent solaire (pourtant vendue pour ces 2 attraits) et le SAV m'a clairement pris pour un c.. en me disant que je ne "branchais pas ma voiture donc que c'était normal que ça ne charge pas". Ceci étant la note de résolution, je n'ai plus de réponse à mes nombreuses relances de bug preuves à l'appui. Quand on appelle, on est d'ailleurs obligé de faire découvrir le produit au technicien en ligne qui ne sait même pas que la borne peut charger de plusieurs façon selon une programmation. Notez également que vous passez 30 minutes au téléphone à tout expliquer, qu'on vous dit qu'on ouvre un ticket parce qu'on ne sait pas quoi faire, et qu'une fois le ticket ouvert, on vous redemande toutes les informations parce que visiblement rien n'a été pris en compte lors de l'appel. L'installateur est lui aussi dépité de cette situation. Un conseil, ne prenez pas cette borne chez Enphase, que des problèmes et aucune solution proposée, vu le prix, c'est inacceptable !!

sofware = horrible hardware = OK Le software (site web + appli smartphone) et la "box" (envoy) sont horribles. Pas de problème avec le hardware après 1 an.

Omvormer Enphase problematisch

De eerste maanden werkte alles zeer goed. Sinds de hogere temperaturen en veel zon slaan de omvormers altijd uit. Volgens installatiebedrijf Eco Solar Technics Spanje is het altijd de fout van fluctuaties op de grid????? Hulp van op afstand? Maar geen oplossing. De fabrikant antwoord op verzuchtingen en geeft een supportmail......mail gestuurd ,maar GEEN respons. Dit wordt een dure investering voor........Kunnen ook niet langer via de app fabrikant contacteren....opeens?? Ongelooflijk.

2 micro inverters failed on my Enphase solar system

I have 2 micro inverters failed on my system recently, - the system has been running faultlessly since date of install in 2013. trying to get support to fitting and replacing the inverters is a nightmare, support does not seem to exist. Help!!

#1 Scam!!

#1 Scam!!! I had an Enphase System installed in 11/22. It worked well for the first 6 months. At that time I began having issues with the communication module. I needed to call every morning to get it back on line. Each call would take 20 to 45 minutes of standing at my box flipping switches etc until it was back on line. Enphase made excuse after excuse. I finally filed with the BBB. At that time a supervisor called and told me that warranty didn’t cover the comms unit. I told her that the BBB and the Florida Attorney General would determine that. Don’t you know, they came out and fixed the unit!!! They will lie, refuse to answer the phone (call them on someone else’s phone) and insinuate you don’t understand. They are everything wrong with American Businesses today!

I am writing this review as I have had…

I am writing this review as I have had the worst experience with this company. I purchased a battery and it failed within a year. The company then agreed to replace it. This was 4 months ago and they are now stating that they have no batteries in Australia to replace it. However, when I called to inquire about having a new battery installed I was advised that this could happen within a week. So I ask, why am I still waiting on a battery to come from overseas if there are batteries for new customers. I feel there is no after sales support or service and have no choice but to complain to the ombudsman and tell anyone looking at using this company of my experience.

Good products

Good products, weel documented including online training course. Management App required a bit of technical knowledge, but user App is reaaly easy to use. Improvement : API and local connectivity to interface iQ gateway with home automation gateways ( load control, etc..)

Trop cher et pas rentable

C'est trop cher et pas rentable. La passerelle est régulièrement indisponible, va savoir pourquoi ? Mes panneaux de 400w ne fournissent que 300W en sortie d'onduleur, va comprendre. Le SAV inexistant, même via Oscaro Power. Vous êtes juste bon à payer, rien de plus. C'est trop de travail pour espérer gagner des broutilles !

L'application enlighten ne fonctionne pas

L'application enlighten fonctionne a 40% et encore, je suis gentil. Je suis parti une semaine en juin 2023, 5 jours de panne.?????? Il m'est impossible d'accéder à ma passerelle au moins 3 jours par semaine. Donc je me fie à l'ensoleillement pour faire tourner mes machines. Ce n'est vraiment pas normal!!!!!!

Le boîtier est en panne et c'est à nous…

Le boîtier est en panne et c'est à nous de payer le remplacement.... Ben oui bien sûr il arrive la date du paiement.... C'est des voleurs des arnaqueurs.... Même une étoile c'est déjà trop France PAC environnement est a la tête de tout ça ? Je ne comprend pas pourquoi l'état ne fait rien !!! Des voleurs
