A wonderful experience. The team were excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent service from booking, lovely cruise.

Well structured and organised. All directions very clear. A full programme from which to choose. Food excellent and well presented. Staff courteous and always a sense of humour. Everything felt very individual. cabins the best I have ever experienced.

Nothing is too much trouble for Emerald waterways. From the moment you step on the ship all your needs are catered for. A luxury cabin combined with beautiful views and first class meals. Our trip was a delight.

All the Staff were so polite and attentive to our needs Paid attention to detail and made us to feel comfortable.

Wonderful trip on Rhine but was over to soon

The whole package from start to finish worked like clockwork. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful and meeting other travellers from all over the world made it so different.

After an exellent danube cruise,I was encouraged to buy vouchers offering 1000euros for 500 euros. I asked for a quote for a rhine cruise next april only to find that including my 1000 euro vouchers I would be paying almost double this years price. Very excessive I think.

the staff were always smiling and they made us very welcome at all times , the man who cleaned our room was very attentive. the only complaint i have is a lot of people , namely Americans did not dress correctly for the evening meal, I feel when we have made an effort to dress up in the evening the sight of someone ,still in shorts green socks and open sandals does not go down well, there were quit a few people dressed inappropriately and when i mentioned this I was told nothing could be done about it .I feel a nice reminder in your paper work before we travel would help. The food was excellent and fantastic variety ,it would be nice to have a piano singer and player ,as they do with Riviera travel. My husband and I will be traveling with your company 2026, we had a wonderful time this year. Thank you.

The food was wonderful so we ate too much!. Staff were all brilliant as was the organisation. Our negatives were : - Departing walking tours at 0900 hrs far too early. We had to put our alarm clock on daily to get up in time to have breakfast then be ready. Not your fault but every place we visited was packed ( at the same time of the morning ) with tour groups from other cruises. - Our booked flight was due out of LHR at about 0710 on the Sat morning which meant getting up about 0330 which is not a luxury cruise - more like a nightmare to start such a holiday. We opted go arrive Lyon the evening before which meant an extra cost at an airport hotel. We were also asked to meet your rep at 1010 It's when the SAT's a.m flight arrived- yet another alarm clock. Then we waited l long time for other guests on that flight. -No pool on the sun deck on the boat which was disappointing. -Charging for pre dinner drinks at the bar was strange as they were free with dinner at 1900hrs. Few people ordered after 1830 so they had a free drink 30 mins later - the cruise ship was moored Lyon adjacent to the Novotel - why didn't Emerald pre advise of this so we could have stayed here upon arrival on the Fri night resulting in a 'lay in' then a short stroll to the boat ?

Relaxed atmosphere but high quality. The cabins are well thought out and clean. The food was excellent with plenty of choice.

Thoughtful caring staff, great food and paired wine, excellent tours and experiences,great ebikes to explore the area.

This cruise did not have enough sailing during day time. One of the tour guides bombarded us with info that no-one was interested in. The group got bored and split up to do there own thing. Plus she refused to take us to the castle which was the highlight of that excursion. Emeralds evening dress code has gone. Even smart casual in the dining room is no longer observed. People had on shorts and T shirts they'd worn during the day. Never have I known this on an Emerald cruise before. I'd already booked another cruise with Emerald and now was wishing I hadn't.

Good communication, information and advice. Excellent, helpful and friendly staff. Well organised. Superb ship, accommodation and catering.

A marvellous cruise. The service from the crew and the organisation were first class. The food was also great and always served with a smile.

Accommodation and meals were all to a high standing. Excursions well planned Flight times could have been better as staging was involved when there were direct flights used by some guests

Fantastic cruise on The Duoro. Staff were amazing, accomodation beautiful, excursions wonderful and food superb. We had a wonderful trip with Emerald

Excellent ship and crew. Team back in UK helped with our missed connection which was very reassuring. Food, as always were excellent as were the guides on our walking tours. Loved the bike ride out of Amsterdam. Our only criticism was the noise in the dining room. With the ship being virtually full and everyone eating together this was uncomfortable. The ceilings are understandably low but some noise reducing measures should be taken for the comfort of all

The crew were very warm and welcoming. The food was excellent. The trips on shore were interesting and knowledgeable. Places visited were all fantastic. The room was spacious. Quite large and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a great cruise was a great experience and will be going again shortly.
