You guys are awesome my mom found her juice she likes
Prices are extremely reasonable and also your company has a variety of products to choose from along with e-juices which are very reasonably priced as well way better than the local shops in my town I will be continuing to order from element Vape from here on out
Website was easy to use and it was easy to find the product I was looking for
Great vape choice (the American 4 Seasons Tobacco is great). Shipping is way too long. There should be an expedited 2-3 day option. Also, got issues logging in and retrieving my password. The IT environment felt complicated, but maybe it was a glitch. Again, my main issue is how long it takes to get my order delivered.
Very hard to navigate website. I searched for a specific item, a page with many different items came up had to search through the page to find my item and then the discription was vague at best. Element Vape has everything, if you can find it!
Large selection and value
Navigating and checking out on the website was difficult. Not the basics like inputting info, but the site locked up numerous times. Did a lot of refreshing and back and forth but finally got through. Just a heads up. The variety and price though are great, they've been in the game a long time and it shows.
It was quick and easy to find what I was looking for and great price
This company always delivers very fast.
I appreciate the wide range of product availability. The pricing is always good as well. I also find it helpful that accessories links are listed with items so I didn't have to go searching. I do find it hard to search in the website without a link, if I didn't know what I was looking for is never find it, so I rarely order anything new or different. Also, on my most recent order there was a code listed at the top of the page for 20% off pod sets that didn't work at checkout, which was sad since you didn't have a lot of sales.
It was simple and very cheap
Love this company! Great prices, fabulous prices, communication is superb!! I've recommended to everyone I know. I'm officially a die-hard customer now.
Your shipping costs are outrageous. I thought maybe being over $100 would kick in free shipping, but no.
Product fantastic, shipping from start to finish was great. Always get top shelf service.
Easy to find what I was looking for
Great prices on quality products.
Every thing went very smooth
Used to vape back in the day and jus now started
You have a great system where I can search for what I want and seems like everything falls into place very easily at checkout
Response was fast and answered my question quickly.
I have ordered numerous times. There has NEVER been an issue or incorrect order! I highly recommend Element Vape!!!
