This is my first order and you had the Pod Juice I've been looking for ever since I visited your site. The shops I visited in two states don't carry it. Not real keen on the cost of adult signing, but I understand it and it appears it's on every online vape store. I hope shipping is quick and reliable so I can give you all my business in the future. I've ordered from element several times and always get my pkg quickly. The amount of different brands and flavors make it easy to choose from. Also they have great prices compared to local vape shops!

Element Vape does not ship e-cig liquid to Maryland, even though there is no ban on shipping liquid in Maryland.

Ease of use app

The website is fine, with the exception of checkout. It was so confusing. I eventually got it sorted out, but if you're going to have it setup that way, maybe put some better directions. If there are better directions, make them easier to find, like right there on the page. Other than that everything was fine. So far. I've only just placed the order, so I'm still waiting, hopefully shipping doesn't take the full 18 days or whatever.

Element Vape did great offering tons of options and supplying multiple niches of vape styles. It's very difficult to find rebuildable supplies anymore so I've had to start ordering online instead of local as I'd prefer. I wish more items were in stock, but that's realistically not a problem. However, the one gripe I do have is their website. It can be a pain to navigate at times.

so ordered from element again because I like their thca products but this time getting concerned last time I made the order it sent me a tracking on usps that usps was delivering it this happend on monday it is now tuesday and it is still idle like I said in my last reveiws was and very concerned that I pay alot of money and I have to worry about it getting to me hopefully it gets in usps hands before tommorow

The quality of customer service has diminished. I paid a shipping cost that guaranteed I would receive the items within 5 days. This did not happen. They say on their site that shipping concerns--in my case never having received the order--is out of their hands and is the responsibility of the shipping company with whom they contract. Um? It is your responsibility, as you chose to contract with the company. What a cop out. My credit card company is stepping in to resolve this. I will NEVER again buy from a company that has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. Horrible

They sent me an old model, the ad was deliberately confusing like you are getting new puff co pro for a discount but it's bull, they send you super old new stock of the old pro, the battery doesn't hold a charge, too old.

Element Vape has a extensive collection and varieties. Prices seem good compared to local shops. Ordering process was easy. Shipping was fast and the vape I ordered arrived 3 days after ordering without any defects or issues.
