You guys are awesome my mom found her juice she likes
I placed an order and received confirmation, and an hour later, they sent another email stating that it was ready to ship. Super fast.
I placed my order 3 days ago, no update to my order it still hasn't shipped although I was forced to pay $8 for express shipping that's the only shipping option offered. And after this experience I definitely will not be making anymore purchases!
I was able to find what I was looking for without any trouble
I love Element Vape!! Also accurate and great service. My #1 go-to online vape shop for 2.5-3 years now!! ❤️
It was fine. They had the product I needed at a much better price. Easy.
Your delivery service provider really made a difference! I was able to update the address the day before! I had thought for sure I was not going to get my order and was kicking myself And behold! They showed up right on time. Thanks for using such a great company.
I was supposed to get free shipping and was charged for it anyways. I spent $99 to secure this cause it said $90 gets free shipping. Other than that I’m happy.
Excellent selection of products. And you ship to my house which is awesome.
I gave 5 stars because the site is easy to use. Y'all have great selection of products and the prices are pretty good. Also notice you offer a good amount of different promos. I just put in my first order which should last me a good while, but definitely plan to come back in the near future for more.
At times my orders don't get updated with a valid shipping ID to track. The website is easy to use but after you click order submit the info is a flip of a coin and it makes the experience hard to trust element. I used to order alot and now it can be a headache
Been a pretty reliable supplier of vape products in spite of ineffective regulations on said products.
Always have my flavor in stock
So far so good. I miss entered my card a few times but I got it heh. Good prices. How all comes as expected
The website seemed glitchy and was slow to update. Great customer service. Emailed questions were answered promptly!
Love element vape. Fast shipping. Great selections
fast and easy to use and find the products
Easy to navigate web site & very large selection of products
I have always had a great experience shopping with Element vape.
You have a great variety of product at great prices. I was with my last vape online store for over 10 years. They recently closed shop. So I'm hoping your store is my new home!
Everything was as advertised. Products came quickly considering where I'm and the carts were clean.
