Some great things that keep me coming back, a few that make it harder...
I appreciate the wide range of product availability. The pricing is always good as well. I also find it helpful that accessories links are listed with items so I didn't have to go searching. I do find it hard to search in the website without a link, if I didn't know what I was looking for is never find it, so I rarely order anything new or different. Also, on my most recent order there was a code listed at the top of the page for 20% off pod sets that didn't work at checkout, which was sad since you didn't have a lot of sales.
