Ecoplex Energy is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
The company are extremely frustrating to deal with with poor customer service. Calls not going through and not answering emails. Called out to install but short cable and no reinstallation date. I'm at the stage I'm looking to cancel and get deposit back.
Zero customer service when things went wrong, which they did. Instillation delayed and then didn't turn up on day of installation. Once system was installed, it wasn't working, they insisted it was until I paid for an independent electrician to come and confirm that it wasn't working. Unable to get on the phone despite many attempts. They didn't submit the NC6 form for over a month AFTER installation, after I had to remind them. So many emails just ignored, staff were rude when they did respond. Had to pay for a second time for an electrician to come and fix work they said was fine.
Fantastic Service & Products, 2 week turn around from survey and quote now up and running. From the outset the guys were top notch, Professional, knoweldagable, and friendly. We were so happy with the price also Ecoplex don't charge you the €1800 from SEAI they chase all all that up for you, so no chasing the SEAI for your grant. The guys on site we're excellent from Roofers to the Electricians and great communication from head office. All in all a great experience with a price to match.
Had Solar panels with storage battery and Eddy (water heating system) included. Excellent service, workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves also. Had a few teething problems at first, and even though we are in Wexford, someone was sent down as quickly as possible. We are now reaping the awards, happy days. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We had an outstanding experience with Ecoplex. From the very beginning, Josh was excellent during the quotation process—clear, informative, and genuinely helpful, which gave me great confidence in choosing Ecoplex. I had Ecoplex put in panels and a battery under the valentine's day deal. The design and sales part went smoothly, Dylan is very easy to deal with. The installation took place quickly thereafter and the installation team did their job well. The system they put in has been working well for a couple of months and fingers crossed will generate the promised savings. They could improve on the post installation side, as the app that runs the system is a bit awkward to use and they don't provide a manual, but I eventually got the hang of it.

We recently had solar panels installed by Ecoplex. Andy, our point of contact made sure to explain everything to us in detail and ensured we were on the same page before going ahead with the installation. The lads on the day of the installation handled everything perfectly and I couldn’t be any more delighted with the job. Highly recommend these guys for solar panels, very good communication and excellent work.

I recently had a solar panel install from Ecoplex and had a great experience from start to finish! Gerard was very helpful and easy to work with throughout my whole experience. Was reluctant to bother with solar after a messy experience last year, but Blessing from Ecoplex sales called and I trusted him immediately (a gentleman). That was less than a month ago. From there the engineer called to do his survey and provided all the info etc. two weeks later Norbert and the team fitted 16 panels, no drama, professional and left the place spotless. Everyone with the company so far has been competent and professional and a pleasure to deal with, Highly recommend.

We had ecoplex install last week and found them faultless. They've taken care of all the lose ends (SEAI, NC6, BER ) as they said they would. The roofers & electricians where punctual, tidy & professional. I had a single issue with the batteries needing a firmware update and it was taken care if in less than an hour. It's early days, but recommend them based on my experience so far.
