Ecoplex Energy is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
The company are extremely frustrating to deal with with poor customer service. Calls not going through and not answering emails. Called out to install but short cable and no reinstallation date. I'm at the stage I'm looking to cancel and get deposit back.
Zero customer service when things went wrong, which they did. Instillation delayed and then didn't turn up on day of installation. Once system was installed, it wasn't working, they insisted it was until I paid for an independent electrician to come and confirm that it wasn't working. Unable to get on the phone despite many attempts. They didn't submit the NC6 form for over a month AFTER installation, after I had to remind them. So many emails just ignored, staff were rude when they did respond. Had to pay for a second time for an electrician to come and fix work they said was fine.
Fantastic Service & Products, 2 week turn around from survey and quote now up and running. From the outset the guys were top notch, Professional, knoweldagable, and friendly. We were so happy with the price also Ecoplex don't charge you the €1800 from SEAI they chase all all that up for you, so no chasing the SEAI for your grant. The guys on site we're excellent from Roofers to the Electricians and great communication from head office. All in all a great experience with a price to match.
Had Solar panels with storage battery and Eddy (water heating system) included. Excellent service, workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves also. Had a few teething problems at first, and even though we are in Wexford, someone was sent down as quickly as possible. We are now reaping the awards, happy days. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Just had a solar panel installation completed today.I must say it was a great experience in that all the guys that came to site did a very professional job. I must compliment Dave and his guys who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the install. I dealt with Gerard and Jordan and both were fantastic in helping organise my Zappi charger. They were polite, efficient, and made the whole process straightforward. Everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. They certainly know their stuff! Thinking of getting Solar Panels next and will definitely go back to Ecoplex. Highly recommended!

Have had 2 installations from these guys, a wallbox charger and a 15 panel solar system with a 5kwh battery. Went live in July last year and have had terrific results since. Had a recent technical issue with the solar panel system but after contacting the support team, a 2 man crew arrived an diagnosed and fixed the issue in very quick time. No fuss, just got the job done. Fully tested the system before they left.

Do not pay them in full if you dealing with them. From the day of payment the commnication become sick. I'm waiting for refund for almost two months, what I paid for wasn't installed. The animation on the ap shows that I sending electricity in grid, can't see in my bill. Bill is still high. Promised house BER, non. I put one star, only because installing team was good.

Have been dealing with Ecoplex with an issue with a wallbox unit.ling story short the unit had to replaced with a different unit.Had been dealing with Stephen the Operations Manger and needles to say helped with everything.his customer service is second to none an absolute pleasure to deal with and even answer my calls and texts after hours.if your looking for an EV Charger or any other energy related product would highly recommend Ecoplex .5 stars all the way and thank you.

Our experience with Ecoplex has been 100% positive. Dylan Vettraino was our sales representative from survey stage to completion. Dylan had extensive knowledge of the product and his survey was comprehensive and thorough. Our quotation was very detailed, and all our questions were answered expertly and promptly. The roofers and electricians came when they were booked to come, and all the work was very tidy and finished to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ecoplex to anyone.
