Ecoplex Energy is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
The company are extremely frustrating to deal with with poor customer service. Calls not going through and not answering emails. Called out to install but short cable and no reinstallation date. I'm at the stage I'm looking to cancel and get deposit back.
Zero customer service when things went wrong, which they did. Instillation delayed and then didn't turn up on day of installation. Once system was installed, it wasn't working, they insisted it was until I paid for an independent electrician to come and confirm that it wasn't working. Unable to get on the phone despite many attempts. They didn't submit the NC6 form for over a month AFTER installation, after I had to remind them. So many emails just ignored, staff were rude when they did respond. Had to pay for a second time for an electrician to come and fix work they said was fine.
Fantastic Service & Products, 2 week turn around from survey and quote now up and running. From the outset the guys were top notch, Professional, knoweldagable, and friendly. We were so happy with the price also Ecoplex don't charge you the €1800 from SEAI they chase all all that up for you, so no chasing the SEAI for your grant. The guys on site we're excellent from Roofers to the Electricians and great communication from head office. All in all a great experience with a price to match.
Had Solar panels with storage battery and Eddy (water heating system) included. Excellent service, workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves also. Had a few teething problems at first, and even though we are in Wexford, someone was sent down as quickly as possible. We are now reaping the awards, happy days. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very professional in their approach to all aspects of the order, installation and aftercare. They followed up on a teething problem and phoned afterwards to check I was happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others or using them again.

I rang Ecoplex less than a week ago in a bother as I had been let down by someone else and needed the Car charger installed ASAP. I was talking to Erica in sales and she couldn't have been more helpful. With in 24hrs I had completed all I needed to and Erica was straight back on with an installation date of today 14.06.2023. She said they would be with me after 10am Roll on a 5 days and Erica communicated that all was a go for today and confirmed it would be after 10. At 10:10 this morning, Cian arrived and was very friendly and helpful. Got straight to work. His work was very neat & tidy and he was very friendly. I would highly recommend Ecoplex for the EV Chargers and they are reasonably priced too.

Unfortunately these guys are probably best avoided. The installation went fine and they were all quite nice and easy to deal with but once the work is done, if you have any issues post installation they have absolutely no interest. I tried several times to contact their technical department. The phone was never answered. I left several messages, no response. I eventually contacted sales, which of course was answered and they promised someone would contact me and I'm still waiting. If you choose to use them then just hope that you have no need for after sales service because there isn't any.

Poor Customer Aftercare. Still waiting, after 7 weeks, for Ecoplex to resolve a Wallbox installation problem first reported to Ecoplex on the 12/03/23. I have sent 4 emails to date. The usual response is that someone in operations will contact me. Guess what no one from operations has contacted me. Other than the problem I reported the installation was ok, except for one no-show. However based on the above I feel that customer aftercare is an afterthought. Update. 05/05/23. Ecoplex responded immediately to the last email and the problem was promptly resolved today.

I recently had both Solar panels and a Wall box charger installed by Ecoplex Energy and I could not fault them. They were friendly, professional and carried out a very neat job in my home. The level of service I received from start to finish was 10/10.
