Poor Customer Aftercare.
Poor Customer Aftercare. Still waiting, after 7 weeks, for Ecoplex to resolve a Wallbox installation problem first reported to Ecoplex on the 12/03/23. I have sent 4 emails to date. The usual response is that someone in operations will contact me. Guess what no one from operations has contacted me. Other than the problem I reported the installation was ok, except for one no-show. However based on the above I feel that customer aftercare is an afterthought. Update. 05/05/23. Ecoplex responded immediately to the last email and the problem was promptly resolved today.
