Ecoplex Energy is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
The company are extremely frustrating to deal with with poor customer service. Calls not going through and not answering emails. Called out to install but short cable and no reinstallation date. I'm at the stage I'm looking to cancel and get deposit back.
Zero customer service when things went wrong, which they did. Instillation delayed and then didn't turn up on day of installation. Once system was installed, it wasn't working, they insisted it was until I paid for an independent electrician to come and confirm that it wasn't working. Unable to get on the phone despite many attempts. They didn't submit the NC6 form for over a month AFTER installation, after I had to remind them. So many emails just ignored, staff were rude when they did respond. Had to pay for a second time for an electrician to come and fix work they said was fine.
Fantastic Service & Products, 2 week turn around from survey and quote now up and running. From the outset the guys were top notch, Professional, knoweldagable, and friendly. We were so happy with the price also Ecoplex don't charge you the €1800 from SEAI they chase all all that up for you, so no chasing the SEAI for your grant. The guys on site we're excellent from Roofers to the Electricians and great communication from head office. All in all a great experience with a price to match.
Had Solar panels with storage battery and Eddy (water heating system) included. Excellent service, workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves also. Had a few teething problems at first, and even though we are in Wexford, someone was sent down as quickly as possible. We are now reaping the awards, happy days. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I got ecoplex to install 12 panels on my roof. I also got a battery system. System working great and I have seen a reduction of 60% in my energy bills. They were €1300 every two months down to about €550 -€600. So I am happy out. Customer service was good and I would pass on to friends. Thanks to the team at Ecoplex

I went with Ecoplex Energy solutions for my wallbox car charger last year and they were great from start to finish, so I decided to go with them for my solar panels and again they did not disappoint. The sales team were very informative, the installation team were great, very tidy and friendly. They arrived on time and were finished within one day. I was having issues with my Solis app and one of the engineers Darren was there to talk me through it. I would highly recommend.

Super experience with Ecoplex. I had a Tesla wall connector installed perfectly, the installers were punctual, polite and very helpful. Richard in Ecoplex followed up a week after the installation to ensure all went well, which was a very nice touch. Brilliant company & thank you Richard & team in Ecoplex!

The team installed 18 PV panels with Optimisers, a SONNEN inverter and batteries. The installation team were extremely professional and paid meticulous attention to detail ensuring an efficient and high quality installation process. The team explained the relevant Apps and workings very thoroughly. As an electric car owner, I later contacted the team to install a Zappi car charger which they promptly obliged and neatly installed. To date, a very satisfied customer.

EV charger and 12 panels installed recently, the team was super efficent with the install and very clean leaving the placw absolutely spotless. We had an issue with the log in for our account yesterday but the chap was able to sort it over the phone and talk my wife through it step by step. Top service and have already recomended to family and friends.

Got 16 PV panels, and inverter, Eddi, In stalled late may. Very tidy work but the aftercare is dreadful.The app has never worked....it seems like a sensor is wired incorrectly...IE input output reversed. I am having no joy in getting them back to resolve...as they cAll it a simple fix. I have mailed them. Made many calls and was told it would be tasked to a tech..electrician. I'm still waiting. NOt good enough. 2 mo ths on?????
