Ecoplex Energy is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
The company are extremely frustrating to deal with with poor customer service. Calls not going through and not answering emails. Called out to install but short cable and no reinstallation date. I'm at the stage I'm looking to cancel and get deposit back.
Zero customer service when things went wrong, which they did. Instillation delayed and then didn't turn up on day of installation. Once system was installed, it wasn't working, they insisted it was until I paid for an independent electrician to come and confirm that it wasn't working. Unable to get on the phone despite many attempts. They didn't submit the NC6 form for over a month AFTER installation, after I had to remind them. So many emails just ignored, staff were rude when they did respond. Had to pay for a second time for an electrician to come and fix work they said was fine.
Fantastic Service & Products, 2 week turn around from survey and quote now up and running. From the outset the guys were top notch, Professional, knoweldagable, and friendly. We were so happy with the price also Ecoplex don't charge you the €1800 from SEAI they chase all all that up for you, so no chasing the SEAI for your grant. The guys on site we're excellent from Roofers to the Electricians and great communication from head office. All in all a great experience with a price to match.
Had Solar panels with storage battery and Eddy (water heating system) included. Excellent service, workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves also. Had a few teething problems at first, and even though we are in Wexford, someone was sent down as quickly as possible. We are now reaping the awards, happy days. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I got great advice on the day of survey regarding number of solar panels that I would need etc. The team that came to install the panels were 1st class tradesmen. I was really happy with their work and they left the place tidy when they were finished. All the staff in Ecoplex were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Ecoplex to anyone thinking of getting solar panels.

I recently had solar PV fitted with eco Plex the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely brilliant.a date was given for the work to be done and true to word they arrived on time and completed all in one day .that evening we were connected to the grid the whole team are so good and lovely mannerable lads well done eco Plex highly recommended Francis and Paula Everard.

I was shopping around for Solar PV suppliers and I noticed the many positive reviews for Ecoplex on Trustpilot. I can see why. After giving them a call they came out to the house and gave a detailed review of what was involved. Everything was printed out and explained clearly, if I had any questions they were happy to answer them. When we booked them they went through what was involved in the installation process. On the installation day, the team arrived on time and were finished in about 5 hours with everything cleaned up and working brilliantly. If you are shopping around for a Solar PV supplier definitely put them on your list.

Well first of all i got to deal with one fantastic and super gent called rory from ecoplex who has bein fantastic from start to finsh during my whole insulation process he was truthfull from the first time i got a call from him and he went through every little thing from start to finsh in every aspect of the process and was the selling point for me to go with ecoplex in the end for my solar installation, day of install the roofers turned up on day i was told and also were very neat and tidy with everything, then the electrician arrived shortly afterwards were absolutely brilliant went through step by step with everything they done and made sure i was happy with all works absolutely great trades men them and the roofers, big shout out to niall head electrician super guy 👏 now reason i only gave four stars was the next stage of getting my BER assessment completed etc was a bit slow but once again my man rory was on the end of the line making sure it got done but overall great company and will be recommended them to people in the future and to whom it may concern give that man rory an raise he went well and truly beyond his area of expertise for me super guy. 👌

Installed 10 panels, both crews carried out excellent work, good manners, helpful and tidy job done. James on sales was honest and very helpful. If I need battery pack I'll go with ecoplex.Was slightly worried cause they were cheapest quote but no need. Definitely recommend.

Very impressed with Ecoplex, the whole experience from start to finish was seamless. Office staff were great to deal with. Electricians and roofers were very efficient, their work was very neat and tidy. Minimum disruption and everything working right from the start. Matt.

Great job. Great after sales. Got 13 panels + related kit installed during the Summer. Team of roofers arrived followed by a team of electricians who had everything up and running by mid afternoon. Couldn’t find nicer lads. Working perfectly since. Recently changed broadband provider. Needed to reconfigure the inverter to pick up the new modem. Rang Matt who kindly took time out to walk me through the process.Can’t beat that .. 10 out of 10.
