Ecoplex Energy is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
The company are extremely frustrating to deal with with poor customer service. Calls not going through and not answering emails. Called out to install but short cable and no reinstallation date. I'm at the stage I'm looking to cancel and get deposit back.
Zero customer service when things went wrong, which they did. Instillation delayed and then didn't turn up on day of installation. Once system was installed, it wasn't working, they insisted it was until I paid for an independent electrician to come and confirm that it wasn't working. Unable to get on the phone despite many attempts. They didn't submit the NC6 form for over a month AFTER installation, after I had to remind them. So many emails just ignored, staff were rude when they did respond. Had to pay for a second time for an electrician to come and fix work they said was fine.
Fantastic Service & Products, 2 week turn around from survey and quote now up and running. From the outset the guys were top notch, Professional, knoweldagable, and friendly. We were so happy with the price also Ecoplex don't charge you the β¬1800 from SEAI they chase all all that up for you, so no chasing the SEAI for your grant. The guys on site we're excellent from Roofers to the Electricians and great communication from head office. All in all a great experience with a price to match.
Had Solar panels with storage battery and Eddy (water heating system) included. Excellent service, workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves also. Had a few teething problems at first, and even though we are in Wexford, someone was sent down as quickly as possible. We are now reaping the awards, happy days. Iβd have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Recently installed solar panels. A small App issue promptly sorted by one of their engineers. Follow-up phone calls to see how we were getting on and background form completions for grants etc being progressed. Neat installation with best quality equipment supplied (checked with electrician friend) and lower cost than competitor quote. What's not to like?

Great help in selecting the right model charger for our needs and getting us a quote for the work. Installation was done on the agreed date and very neatly done. Even better it works perfectly so we are delighted. Sales and installation teams were very helpful and informative and we haven't had a need to contact support.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I had 10 Solar panels installed over Christmas and despite having to postpone panel installation a couple of times due to adverse weather, I could not be happier. From Sales,Operations,rescheduling, installation, payments and Customer care, everyone I dealt with was so helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend Ecoplex to anyone.

Great experience from quote to installation. Everything moved extremely quickly without any issues. Installers did a very neat job and both the panels and inverter are in no way intrusive. Just waiting for some decent weather to see how the panels perform.

Chose Ecoplex to install my Solars as they had done a great job installing my car charger in 2022. Once again, the experience from start to finish was so professional - survey, quote, install and even help with grant application! Both install teams (roofers and electricians) were excellent and very well coordinated. Absolutely no hesitation recommending Ecoplex Energy Solutions for Solars or a Car Charger!
