The company are extremely frustrating to deal with with poor customer service. Calls not going through and not answering emails. Called out to install but short cable and no reinstallation date. I'm at the stage I'm looking to cancel and get deposit back.

Avoid this company at all costs or it will cost you

Zero customer service when things went wrong, which they did. Instillation delayed and then didn't turn up on day of installation. Once system was installed, it wasn't working, they insisted it was until I paid for an independent electrician to come and confirm that it wasn't working. Unable to get on the phone despite many attempts. They didn't submit the NC6 form for over a month AFTER installation, after I had to remind them. So many emails just ignored, staff were rude when they did respond. Had to pay for a second time for an electrician to come and fix work they said was fine.

Fantastic Service & Products at a great price

Fantastic Service & Products, 2 week turn around from survey and quote now up and running. From the outset the guys were top notch, Professional, knoweldagable, and friendly. We were so happy with the price also Ecoplex don't charge you the €1800 from SEAI they chase all all that up for you, so no chasing the SEAI for your grant. The guys on site we're excellent from Roofers to the Electricians and great communication from head office. All in all a great experience with a price to match.

Solar Panels installed in Wexford

Had Solar panels with storage battery and Eddy (water heating system) included. Excellent service, workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves also. Had a few teething problems at first, and even though we are in Wexford, someone was sent down as quickly as possible. We are now reaping the awards, happy days. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Overall Good Experience.

The quote process with Harsh was a very smooth one. All details were well explained. Also on the installation day the team arrived on time and work was done before the estimated time.

This company is an absolute joke from…

This company is an absolute joke from the get to... No customer care I'm waiting weeks for Darren Murphy to phone me back but nothing and he's meant to be the head guy .. I was given 2 dates for installation one day I took a days holiday from work but at 8.30 that morning I got a call to say they wudnt make it.. I'm 2 months after installation and still no ber rating the company that ecoplex said would be doing my ber rating have said they have told ecoplex they would not cover my area... I'm emailed them but no response.. I was told I would be compensated but nothing yet... Avoid at all costs not worth the hassle and with no customer care they are a joke...

Great service from quote to installation

The quote process was really clear where we could talk to Andrew who didn't bombard us with marketing details like other competitors did. He paid attention to our specific requirements to customise a solution that fitted our needs. The system was all installed 2 to 3 weeks after we accepted the quote. Work was done in less than a day thanks to Denis and his team. We are happy with the work done so far!

Had our solar panels installed by…

Had our solar panels installed by Ecoplex. They have great teams, from sales to electricians and roofers. Had a bit of issues but was fixed quickly. Darren and his team were installing the panels and the weather was horrendous and still got job done. John and Joanna were also great to talk to when we were still just thinking about it. John gave a details and even showed us the app on how the energy works and how much we would be saving monthly.

We were given honest advice which…

We were given honest advice which validated what we had been reading online and hearing from friends. Our contact in Ecoplex (Harsh Shah) was extremely reactive to our enquiries and provided helpful and friendly advice. The installer, Ken, was with us nearly all day getting our Zappi installed, even climbing into the attic eaves to ensure the cabling was tidy. You can overthink these decisions or you can just call Ecoplex. A seamless experience from start to finish!

Customer care useless.

Had sales rep come round who was absolutely fantastic with advising what system I would need (as I knew nothing about solar panel systems). The whole process of getting the system booked in for installation and the installation day was brilliant. However, the system has been in for less than two months and a constant alarm from the inverter. I'm having to chase for updates. Technician comes out and fixes the problem briefly and the same issue arises the following day. I've spoken to a staff member in the complaints department. Then received an email advising yet another Technician is to call out. I'm still waiting for a date for someone to call out. Communication from the company is useless!! I'm having to phone and chase for progress update. I hate to think how long I would have to wait should I get a major problem with the system!! Maybe I can get some update from someone when this review is published!
