We were given honest advice which validated what we had been reading online and hearing from friends. Our contact in Ecoplex (Harsh Shah) was extremely reactive to our enquiries and provided helpful and friendly advice. The installer, Ken, was with us nearly all day getting our Zappi installed, even climbing into the attic eaves to ensure the cabling was tidy.
