Customer care useless.
Had sales rep come round who was absolutely fantastic with advising what system I would need (as I knew nothing about solar panel systems). The whole process of getting the system booked in for installation and the installation day was brilliant. However, the system has been in for less than two months and a constant alarm from the inverter. I'm having to chase for updates. Technician comes out and fixes the problem briefly and the same issue arises the following day. I've spoken to a staff member in the complaints department. Then received an email advising yet another Technician is to call out. I'm still waiting for a date for someone to call out. Communication from the company is useless!! I'm having to phone and chase for progress update. I hate to think how long I would have to wait should I get a major problem with the system!! Maybe I can get some update from someone when this review is published!
