The leggings are amazing for work as I work in childcare and constantly move around

They have great hoodies, the only thing is that they’re always out of stock or size that you’re after. I wished that they restock some of their old hoodies back and bring some new styles in also

Very bad ecperience! I tried ECHT because I really liked their designs and they were offering 20% off for first-time buyers. After subscribing, I waited for the discount code so I could use it at checkout, but it didn’t arrive in time. I ended up completing my order without the discount, and only after my order was confirmed did the code arrive in my email. It felt a bit disappointing, like the 20% was just a bait to get people to order. I personally wouldn’t recommend shopping here based on my experience.

ECHT has very clear and prompt delivery. I completely rate their clothing as of very high quality which brings me to buy again and again. I love the ECHT sports shorts for gym but I also buy them because the zips make it very safe when travelling overseas.

I absolutely love everything I have purchased from Echt. Quality is amazing, sizing is spot on.

Great colour and product. If you don't skip leg day they will be a lot tighter than in the photos.

Would not have been buying from here if I had of known hassle to return

I recently ordered two pairs of leggings from ECHT (Etched), one in extra-large (size 14) and one in extra-extra-large. I’m usually a size 12–14, but the extra-large was so small I couldn’t even get it past my thighs. Definitely not a true size 14. Very disappointing and misleading. The leggings were only $21, but to return the XL I had to pay $10.95 for postage using their return system, even though the leggings are light and would probably cost less to post back myself. But you’re not given that option. So now I’ve paid $31.95 for a pair of leggings that didn’t even fit. I’ve requested an exchange for the extra-extra-large or at least a store credit, but overall I’m just really fed up with brands calling things “extra-large” when they clearly aren’t. It’s frustrating and unfair to customers.

They used to be good but now the material is so thin or too thick! I just received my order and sports bra with no padding so disappointing.

Website is super easy to use and it was delivered very fast which i loooved, the shorts are super comfortable with really deep pockets and no middle seam which is great cause you wont get cameltoe (; feels nice to the touch which is an added bonus

Melissa from customer service should find a new career. Echt need to familiarise themselves on Australian consumer law, their lack of knowledge is disgraceful. Purchased a pair of tights which were more sheer than stockings, after having to negotiate with them to not have to pay for delivery back they refused to refund the item. Under ACL if an item does not appear as imaged and does not serve its purpose you are entitled to a refund. For reference I purchased 3 tights - I kept 2 and returned 1. The tights were $35 and Echt were too consumed by being a greedy business to refund $35!!!! That’s incredibly poor lol. Why would someone purchase a pair of tights if they knew they were going to be so see through. To make matters worse when I first came to Echt with the issue. I said the tights are see through; you can see the tattoo on my a** and my underwear To be able to have Echt cover the return shipping. They requested photo proof of what I had just described. Gross behaviour. I advised I felt sooo uncomfortable In response to Echt reply: The two other tights were kept because they were made of a different material which were better quality and NOT see through. All 3 tights were size XS and they all fit with no issues. To reference I’m 165cm and 54kgs - my usual size is a XS (in all the clothing I own from this brand) So trying to label this as a fit issue is disgusting behaviour from a gym brand.

I really wanted to like this company, but honestly, my experience was pretty disappointing. I understand businesses have policies — fair enough — but there was absolutely no discretion or flexibility shown, even in a situation where it clearly would’ve made sense. It felt like I was just another number, not a valued customer. If you’re looking for a business that actually listens, shows a bit of understanding, and treats people like people — I’d look elsewhere. There are better options out there that won’t hide behind rigid policies instead of using basic common sense.
