Never use this company. I've requested to be released and they keep giving me the runaround wanting to know why I'm leaving. It's none of their business why I'm leaving but instead of releasing me they keep asking. Now I'm being ignored. All my invoices have been paid and they still are giving me the runaround. I'll never use them again. I never even wanted to use them in the first place but they bought instapay which was who I was using. Release me

The worst factoring company I’ve ever had to deal with they lie about everything once you sign on with them it’s a challenge to get out I’ve been waiting on a pending payment for 5 days they charge you 3 times to get your money they raise there percent from2.7 to 3.5% it’s been a Week and a half since I’ve asked for an LoR letter of release still haven’t got tht or funding for 2 invoices from the past week I’ve sent several emails about All I get is weak excuse your business will fell quickly if you choose this company as your factoring service Headcount Trucking LLC Corey Hill Owner Operator
