Love using East Street
Love using East Street! With my health issues we order delivery a lot. It’s nice getting my food fast and hot, left at my door. Less worry about Covid! And the drivers and customer service workers are great!

Problems
Sometimes there are problems with getting the free delivery credit, problems with incorrect orders, problems with food being late and cold and problems not being able to promptly assist when Eat Street staff are contacted about order issues via chat. 777 I Uuy

EatStreet has always been really…
EatStreet has always been really awesome to order from since I am one of those people who cannot drive so having the capabilities to get those tasty restaurant meals in my own home is amazing. And even if things didn't go smoothly EatStreet would go out of their way to make it right, and I totally appreciate that from them! Kudos to them and I suggest if you're feeling hungry and can't go out or just wanna eat at home order from EatStreet! :)

Eat street is a good company
Eat street is a good company don't get me wrong but last time I had order from McDonald last month, one of the items wasn't available I call the customer service they suppose to gave me $3.78 back but I only receive $2.99 back.They only give you half your money back That is call cheating customers out of their money. So they blame it on the computer error. I'm going to stop using some of these services because if you keep cheating your customers then you won't have them no more.

I rarely use third party…but this one gets it done
I rarely use third party pick-up/delivery services (tho I worked for a liaison company) and found EATSTREET to be easy, helpful, eager-to-encourage business through rewards and, sorry to say since I am an ethnic food writer, the most efficient/clear way to deal with this Thai restaurant order The food was fine
