You're Fired!

COVID changed the way we eat!! I've been ordering Cozumel Mexican food to be delivered by EatStreet every Saturday evening for the past 9 months. I have also ordered Chinese and Chipotle. What finally made me stop was not getting things that I paid for in my orders. Nothing torques a guy like getting the wrong food or paying for something that you never receive. This happened at least 8 times over the months. You just don't know what meal is going to be ruined. I have left these surveys and never received so much as an apology or contact back. Why keep doing the same thing and expect different results? Therefore, I have now changed my tact to calling the restaurant directly and picking it up myself. That way, I can check my order for accuracy and completeness on the spot. I now save a ton doing it this way too. Sure, the convenience factor is certainly gone, but at least I consistently get what I order now. Why pay more for less, just mask up and power on! EatStreet, you need to check your orders for completeness, and actually care enough to reach out to your customers that are legitimately unsatisfied in these surveys and make it right...until then, you're fired!
