I've used EatStreet many times to order takeout from the same restaurant. The restaurant's prices are better on EatStreet than direct from their own website. Plus, they offer additional coupons and discounts through EatStreet. My orders are confirmed right away and they're always accurate and ready for pickup. One time, the restaurant had run out of an item, they called me instantly and suggested an alternative.

Efficient app to order take out

Be careful, they will take money from your account without prior authorization. I ordered an item that stated it came with fries & fresh fruit garnish both on eatstreet & the junction eating place’s menu. I called the junction stating we received the fruit but no fries & the girl said it doesn’t come with them... weird because I have a screenshot stating it does?? She apologized & said I can come pick them up (which I never did) but she apparently told eatstreet to put an additional charge on my account for the fries that mind you, I already paid for & didn’t receive. So now I paid for a side of fries TWICE, one of which was unauthorized, yet never received any. I didn’t know until I got an email from eatstreet stating they were notified that I wanted to make an addition to my order. NO. I wanted what I ordered & paid for in the first place. Then eatstreet decided to resolve the issue by applying a coupon to my account but I have to spend so much money in order to use this coupon. Cool, so now I have to spend more money just to get back what was wrongfully taken in the first place? I don’t think so. Not to mention, the estimated time for delivery kept getting closer then going backwards. It said 6-14 minutes then regressed to 9-16 minutes & did that multiple times. Said it would be delivered in 1 minute & the countdown literally stayed on 1 minute for 7 minutes. Where we ordered from is only 4 minutes away & it took 20 minutes to get delivered from the time it said “out for delivery.”

I don’t know what order this is for but if it’s for the one I had yesterday evening… I ordered tacos and a combo meal that included a burrito and cheese quesadilla. The quesadilla seem to be cooked in bad oil and was not edible. I didn’t complain because the last time I complained about the food that wasn’t correct I was just given a refund. I feel that they should’ve fix the problem and sent a new item replacing the one that wasn’t correct instead of just refunding me. I would have to order the item again and pay the fee and tip again. I decided against it. Just because of that.

My experiences with EatStreet have been great--the website has worked well and the service has been completely reliable. I am glad to have a Madison-based business that helps us connect to local restaurants.

I used Eat Street a number of times for the same restaurant with no problem. Tonight I tried to reorder from the same place but the Eat Street website didn’t have the fish fry we always order on the menu. I called the restaurant and they said they still have the fish fry which I ordered directly.

Way to expensive. Charge a delivery fee and up the price of the food

The delivery driver took half an hour to get to our neighborhood which is 5 minutes away from the restaurant. Our street is 3 blocks long and we are the only house on our side of the street. I had given instruction to put the order on our porch which was lit up like an airport runway. The driver stopped at 2 houses across the street, obviously looking for our house. I was flicking our light switch off and on so the driver would notice. He drove out of our neighborhood without leaving our order with us and I received a text that our food was delivered.

I've been pleased with the services of the EatStreet delivery staff. They have been on-time and in some cases early with their deliveries and the food was hot and tasty. And I think the website is very easy to navigate for the 3 restaurants we have used so far. Good job.

You don't deliver where I live. West Terre Haute Indiana. Only Indianapolis!!!!

Our delivery lady (can't remember name) was very nice. She was on time as much as she could restaurant was late with food and very friendly.

I have been working Eatstreets almost two years come January 2021. This company is really great. The pay is guaranteed even if you get crappy tips. The supervisor is always supportive and kind which is invaluable for someone like me. The only downfall is the places we go that require us to pay with credit card through drive through. Those are a complete waste of my time. 99% of those orders are spent 20+ minutes in a drive through, usually have to drive across town to deliver and NEVER get a tip! Tips on credit card /drive thru orders should be mandatory tip included !!!!

Arrived in reasonable time. Food was hot, exactly what I ordered - good meal.

The wrong order was delivered. Eat Street did refund us, but we did not get to enjoy the meal that we were expecting.
