the most useless chat ever. you guys have a bug 1 .i click on reset the pwd link 2. i receive it to my email 3. i click on reset PWD 4. i change the PWD 5. email comes and says: your pwd has been changed 6. i open different browsers and private mode and try to log in. it gives me an error: 11138FCB-C7B6-4CAE-A5B8-0A5728322079

Service client inexistant, mépris total du client Mon expérience avec easyJet est tout simplement désastreuse. Après plus d’un mois sans la moindre réponse à une demande client, la seule réaction obtenue a été… un message automatique suite à un avis négatif publié sur Trustpilot, promettant une réponse “sous 7 jours”. Autrement dit : ➡️ aucun suivi tant que l’image publique n’est pas en jeu, ➡️ aucune prise en charge réelle du client ➡️ aucune considération pour les délais ni pour les engagements. Ce fonctionnement montre clairement que le service client est purement cosmétique et que les problèmes ne sont traités que lorsqu’ils deviennent visibles publiquement. Pour une compagnie aérienne de cette taille, c’est inacceptable. Je déconseille fortement easyJet à toute personne qui s’attend à un minimum de sérieux, de réactivité ou de respect en cas de problème.

Me gustaría agradecer con esta reseña el trato recibido por el personal del vuelo EJU7151 dirección BCN-Malpensa a las 7:30am. Durante el vuelo sufrí de unos mareos y el personal se comportó de 10 conmigo' hacia tiempo que no veía un trato así, gracias a trabajadores como estos da ganas de repetir con EasyJet, 10/10 la experiencia repetiremos !

My previous complaint regarding compensation for my taxi to Hurghada airport has been ignored. In addition to their empty rhetoric, they just referred me to back to the Trustpilot website. I cannot find a way of contacting them as requested.

Straight to the point

LGW staff (male) demanded money on the spot for a laptop hand baggage ( Jan 23, London Gatwick to Athens flight, around 1:30 PM departure) . Seems their aim is to extort money and harassing tourists because the same easy jet staff at the Athens airport found my laptop backpack perfectly within limits and not oversized enough to squeeze 48 pounds out of the customer's pocket.

London Gatwick – January 2025 (Flight to Spain) I recently flew with easyJet and, based on this experience, I will no longer be booking flights with them—and neither will the people I regularly travel with. EasyJet, that’s multiple future bookings you have now lost. Just before boarding at Gatwick, my small suitcase was found to be roughly 1 cm too tall, despite all other dimensions being within limits. I was charged £48 to upgrade my bag. The case is ~18 years old and has flown with easyJet and other airlines many times without any issue and it fits perfectly under the seat, where I have placed it on previous flights. On my return flight, the suitcase wasn’t checked at all—highlighting how inconsistent and arbitrary these checks can be. With so many similar negative reviews on TravelAdvisor for example, it’s clear this kind of treatment is their standard practice. It’s disappointing to see an airline handle their customers this way, especially having flown with them before and being due to travel soon to one of their destinations—but we will now be choosing another carrier. Plenty of choice there. I hope this review helps other passengers: EasyJet’s bag checks are extremely strict, inconsistent, and leave no margin whatsoever. Measure everything very carefully or go with a different airline.

Ho chiamato almeno 10 volte ed ho atteso a lungo, fino a 27 minuti. Solo 1 volta una risposta ma poi la linea è caduta. Altre 2 risposte da persone non competenti su easyJet plus. Mezza giornata sprecata, nessun risultato. Una indecenza.
