Cancelled flight – EasyJet refuses compensation
My flight with easyJet was cancelled, and despite being entitled to compensation under EU Regulation EC261/2004, the company refuses to pay. I contacted customer service multiple times and provided all the required information, but I only received generic responses or excuses, with no clear explanation or resolution. The cancellation caused significant inconvenience, and easyJet has shown a complete lack of responsibility and respect for passengers’ rights. Very disappointing experience. I will think twice before booking with easyJet again and would not recommend them to anyone who expects fair treatment when problems occur.
