Flight cancellation with no compensation from easyJet
My flight with easyJet was cancelled, and despite being clearly entitled to compensation under EU Regulation EC261/2004, the airline has refused to pay. I contacted customer support several times and provided all the requested information, yet I only received vague or automated replies, with no meaningful explanation or resolution. The cancellation caused considerable inconvenience, and easyJet’s handling of the situation shows a lack of accountability and respect for passengers’ rights. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I will be hesitant to book with easyJet again and cannot recommend them to anyone who expects fair treatment when issues arise.
