We hide A Renault small SUV for four days in it done approximately 4000 K, so was in good condition. The only annoying factor was a rattle in the drivers door. The service at the counter was good and fast as was the shuttle to the airport The right was okay cheaper than most but like everything these days too expensive. The only other negative comment that I would make is that their shuttle service only goes between their base and the airport. They don’t pick up or drop off at hotels. I know a lot of higher car companies only do that these days but Some will do the hotel pick up and return.
Best rental company in Melbourne
I have been using ECCR every time I travel to Melbourne. The experience was always great on the previous occasions and this time was no exception. Staff were friendly and quick and we got our two cars within 20 minutes. As we chose zero liability the staff did not even go through the cars with us and told us to just drive off. Returning was a breeze also. Just handed the keys to a guy after we parked and all good.
East Coast Cars is a great service and I'll use them again.
I've never used East Coast Cars before and so it was a gamble. I couldn't have been happier. From the pick up at the aiport to collection of the car, and then drop off and lift back 6 days later, I couldn't rate it highly enough. We ended up with what I think is a better car than I had booked (Mitsubishi ASX instead of a MG ZS). The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, with clear communication on how to find the pick up point at the airport and also the drop off procedure. It was a great price for a great service and I will definitely use them again.

Only car hire to use at Gold Coast

Wir hatten einen kleinen SUV gemietet. Zustand sehr gut. Sauber fast neu, gutes Fahrverhalten, bequemes Sitzen auch auf längeren Strecken. Das Abholen und Zurückbringen mit dem Shuttle Service hat auch gut geklappt. Unkomplizierte Übernahme und Abgabe des Fahrzeuges, sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis

Brizzy car rental legends.
I have been a customer with East Coast for about 3 years. Steve from the Airport office and the legends there and in the Valley are the best in Brisbane. Super easy to book, pick up and drop back. Zero hassles as I always pay for the excess to be $0 so the whole experience is super easy and fun. I also signed up my small business about 2 years ago. Highly recommended for service and also funny banter with Steve from Brizzy airport outlet. Smiles.
