We hide A Renault small SUV for four days in it done approximately 4000 K, so was in good condition. The only annoying factor was a rattle in the drivers door. The service at the counter was good and fast as was the shuttle to the airport The right was okay cheaper than most but like everything these days too expensive. The only other negative comment that I would make is that their shuttle service only goes between their base and the airport. They don’t pick up or drop off at hotels. I know a lot of higher car companies only do that these days but Some will do the hotel pick up and return.
Best rental company in Melbourne
I have been using ECCR every time I travel to Melbourne. The experience was always great on the previous occasions and this time was no exception. Staff were friendly and quick and we got our two cars within 20 minutes. As we chose zero liability the staff did not even go through the cars with us and told us to just drive off. Returning was a breeze also. Just handed the keys to a guy after we parked and all good.
East Coast Cars is a great service and I'll use them again.
I've never used East Coast Cars before and so it was a gamble. I couldn't have been happier. From the pick up at the aiport to collection of the car, and then drop off and lift back 6 days later, I couldn't rate it highly enough. We ended up with what I think is a better car than I had booked (Mitsubishi ASX instead of a MG ZS). The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, with clear communication on how to find the pick up point at the airport and also the drop off procedure. It was a great price for a great service and I will definitely use them again.

The pick up service from the airport to east coast car rentals, excellent. The service from the staff is great. We will use again. Prices are so competitive and cheaper.

Great Service & A Suggestion
As always great service. Great easy to follow instructions on where to find the pickup point at Brisbane airport. The team at Hendra Brisbane, were great. As a suggestion, maybe put into your information the closest petrol station to your depots. The reason is that not all of your customers know where the nearest petrol station is. I believe that this would only enhance your service.

Efficient & well priced. Annoyed with safety features and service.
Pretty efficient overall and the prices are rather competitive. The Hilux I rented this time was GREAT. Please be aware however, they also have plenty of MGs etc (rented them previously) and these already disappointing cars insist on telling you how to drive. Most annoying was that switching these "extra safety" features off (such as lane departure) only lasts until the engine is switched off!! Then you have to do it all over again. At the time of returning the vehicle, I didn't like being told by one attendant to get back into the car to re-park it in the light for his convenience - surely that is in his position description?

Excellent service, booked in England before we set of , was a bit unsure as the price was much cheaper than the airport hires ,but they were very professional and helpful and efficient both at start and drop off. Car was clean and in good condition too

Long wait time we had was that we had…
The only issue we had was that we had to line up for an hour before we could be served and we had booked our car from 11am Once served we had to wait longer for the car to be washed and cleaned So didn’t leave till almost 1pm Also tried to contact business by phone to ask a question and clarify something in regards to return time on day of return and was placed on hold for ages, requested a callback and never got it. Other than that car was fine, no issues
